I recently changed jobs and my old work email address is now closed. I had originally created the account using my personal gmail account, but changed the primary email to my old work email. Now I cannot create a new Firefox Sync account using my personal gmail since it is tied to this defunct Sync account. I can log in with the email and password, but it won't let me change any settings with my account without a verification code. I called a friend at my old work and there is no way for them to temporarily reactivate my email account.

Is there any way that I can get this account deleted without the verification code? I don't care if the data is lost. I wanted to start over from scratch anyways. I can view my profile data through the support page, but when I click on the delete account option, it continues to ask for the verification code. If there is a way on the back end to completely delete it, I would appreciate it.

I have V94.0.1 64 bit version of Firefox. Let me start with this - I really like Firefox and all that it stands for in terms of privacy. I despise Chrome, MSIE/Edge, and Safari because of the data mining they do.

That said, I am very frustrated with Firefox performance on both my Windows PC and my Apple MacBook. I have several pinned tabs. It takes what feels like FOREVER for the pinned and other tabs to open and fully load from the previous session. In fact, some tabs, pinned or not pinned, take easily 15 -20 minutes before they fully load, if they ever load. I also have several tabs that crash all the time - TitanTV, LinkedIn, IMDB, iCloud, Cozi, YahooMail, etc. There are also times where a tab or page gets so hung that I have to close Firefox and start it again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I have not found any useful assistance on this support forum or with general web searches.

Can someone PLEASE help me solve this as it is way beyond annoying?

For some reason, sometimes in minutes and other times hours, my bookmarks keep duplicating. Often a duplicate shows up under the original bookmark as well as A-E alphabetically duplicating at the natural end of the bookmarks, i.e. after the last (Z) alphabetical bookmark. I deleate the duplicates and they come back within minutes. I logged out of sync but still have duplicates forming. How do I stop this?

I keep getting from AVG's Free Antivirus they've "blocked rundll32" from accessing passwords in my Firefox browser. This comes when I'm only using my mail in Firefox. Might it be reacting to Firefox's saving my passwords?

I chose lavender as the background color, but I hate it. It has changed all my links to lavender and I want to go back to the default settings before I added the lavender. I want the default settings before the Colorways options were made available.

Even though I have figured out how to change the themes, the lavender color is still present in certain words. I want it to go. I want what I had before I added the lavender theme.

I have looked at the articles, but I cannot find an option that says "go back to what you had before" or "undo" or "restore default settings". I'm possibly missing a step. Don't know. I'm frustrated that I can add something so easily, but not get rid of it so easily.

Please help me restore my back ground colors to pre-Colorways add-on lavender. I have a Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6.

Firefox still won't play the videos on MSN websites. All other websites are ok. This is a known problem that goes back almost ten years now.

All cookies and other cache items have been cleared and Firefox has been refreshed and it still does the same exact thing only on MSN websites. All other websites are ok and all other browsers except Firefox have no issues playing videos on MSN.

Firefox 94.0.1 Win 10 Websites such as banks and investment sites which normally have a box for login info appear when you click the login button ... nothing appears. Checked with safe mode... problem persists. Checked with another browser... MS Edge... works in that browser. Problem started a day ago and has persisted. No known settings have been changed. I've checked about:config and javascript does not appear to be disabled. I can't find anything that could be causing this in settings. images attached... what it looks like in Firefox and what it looks like in Edge.

I lost all my bookmarks after someone logged in to my account and they even changed my password also they switched my primary mail as my secondary mail. I managed to change my password and gain back access to my account. They changed my password and my bookmarks were gone now, I've saved my important notes, lectures and classes. I have recovery keys of my account and all proofs that the account belongs to me. Please help me with this. Thank You!

Hello- Sometimes when I click on a link in an email, or attempt to download a page from a website (e.g. utility co.), the page that opens up is blank. I have to use a different browser in order to see the document or pdf.

i keep getting 17,179,869,184 GB of cookies exactly on different sites (google, intuit.com, youtube.com, and i think facebook.com) - this happens within 24 hours of clearing the cookies.

I’ve attached an image. I cleared the cookies and cache within the last 24 hours. I have been on both youtube and intuit today but not extensively.

I have ad blocker active on both youtube and intuit.

I'm trying to login to a site that uses Google APIs for it's login system and it seems like all google APIs are being blocked by my browser with a 403 Forbidden status. This is one of the errors that shows up although there are similar ones that come alongside it.

FirebaseError: Installations: Create Installation request failed with error "403 PERMISSION_DENIED: Requests from referer https://firebaseinstallations.googleapis.com/ are blocked." (installations/request-failed).

I have tried to reboot my browser in troubleshooting mode and the error persists so I know it isn't an extension that causes it. I have also cleared the cache and cookies for the site and all google and google api sites. What else could be causing this?

I cannot create a new login when I try I get this error message "An error occurred while trying to save this password". Whenever I open a new site and am asked if I want to save the password I click yes. When I check the logins/passwords on FF it's empty. I found someone else had this same issue and tried what was suggested and it did not work for me. I really need to save several passwords. This is quite frustrating. Help!

If a question shows that it has a reply or is solved how to I get to that reply? Nothing is clickable. I am getting garbled text all the time now on websites and have to change to Safari to see what I need. Before I just take that plunge I'll like to see the solutions folks have found. Even the pulldown menu above this box is not working. Items not displaying. I've cleared cache and cookies.

I've had some trubles with my firefox browser lately. It freezes constantly whenever I have more that one tab open and recently it closes on its own for no aparent reason. The problem doesn't seem to happen when I open in private so I'm not sure what the problem is. I made an analisis of recent error and this is the last one I got: bp-15df7f22-d3d0-4015-ba8d-d1ba80211112 I hope you can help.

First hint this morning was when FVD SpeedDial only showed the default set of dials instead of the several hundreds that it should. On checking, every extension with user settable variable has returned to the state it is in when first installed. Slowly working through fixing them but I'd like to know why they went on the fritz and any way to avoid going through the same pain again.
