Suddenly my bookmarks automatically puts all my bookmarks in one file instead of letting me select the file. 

Now I have to open all bookmarks and select the file which is a real bother. It use to offer me the file selection screen when I bookmarked a link now it just send everything to other bookmarks Can I please go back to the old way, it was much faster - thanks for your help John

Confirmation email is sent to my gmail account, NOT my juno email which IS my account email. Why is this happening? How can it be fixed? AND, I just noticed, Upper right corner of this page shows bth731 , NOT " bth73 " which is my identity. What the hell is going on???????? Is this part of trump's Russia attack?

When updating from 71 onward, why does firefox take away my right to read exactly what is in "updates?" ...and then choose to accept or reject. At least google allows that privilege. There is toooo much secrecy in firefox that leads to our 'lack of trust in you."

I think my email been hacked, I get over 60 emails from fake web sites. It so bad I spend most of my time deleting them. Instead of reading them. Some time they lock it where I cannot use my spam key to delete.

Every day I spend lots of my time deleting over 60 spams, in my inbox. When I try to put in Spam it reads, not Spam as if they are controlling what I'm trying to do. I spend more time deleting than reading my email.. Very frustrating .

I have problem with firefox on my ubuntu, I'm using ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64bit, n my firefox version is 83.0 (default),

So.. the problem is, my firefox always crash, I have tried to refresh, change profile, reinstall it, even use another version of firefox, but it keep crashing,

I don't know is it related or not to my problem but i have attach some logs about firefox in my ubuntu system log,

The usual advice is "make sure you haven't enabled a high-contrast theme." ***High-contrast themes are essential for people with vision problems because the standard Windows 10 interface is intolerable or unusable for them.

QUESTION: Is there a way to display google search images with a high-contrast theme?

I notice that this problem is intermittent, possible occurring with a Firefox update or Windows update, I'm not sure. My Firefox version is 81.0.1 and my Windows 10 is up to date.

I'm NOT a computer geek. All I know is that Flashplayer is no longer supported, and I can't figure out how to upgrade HTML5.3, or how to download it, and everything I have read is so technical that I can't understand it. Can someone PLEASE make it simple to understand for the average elderly person just wanting to enjoy using groups and marketplace on Facebook? I'm sick of not being able to see the images that other people upload. Yeah, you probably think I'm stupid. I am not stupid, but I never learned computer programing...I only learned how to pull up a browser and work in Microsoft Word! Why does everyone have to explain everything in such technical terms, and why can't somebody just provide a link to download HTML5.3? Why is that so hard? I'm on Windows 10 (which I hate!) and I finally removed Google Chrome, and I am currently using Mozilla Firefox and I'm afraid if I upgrade/update it, nothing will work. It seems 2020 not only killed millions of people, it's screwing with people trying to use the internet too!

Ok guys, first I've been using this browser since it was called Netscape 1.0.

This is quite some time ago, right? But now level of suffering has become too high. I'm not writing 10 finger system. I've not studied computer science. (However a MINT subject.)

Nowadays at least weekly a website crashes, because I'm typing some unknown (to me) key combination, which causes the site to reload, Firefox to close, a new tab to be replaced, or whatsoever bullshit. And no way to switch off short cuts (at least as far as I have found out).

Even to get to this page was an odyssey. First set up an account, the confirmation code not accepted, a resend request omitted, finally some old password worked. On the way restart browser, as accidentially again I typed some key sequence, which killed the browser task....

I'll switch to edge or chrome, or whatsoever, because I'm really fed up. After over 25 years. Is that, what you wanted? The kids of 25 or below don't care about Mozilla! They even don't ask a single question about their browser (on Android - guess, what they use...). I know about of this, as I've got two of those here at home.

I'm not asking for help, since this already beyond scope. This is a farewell post. My mails are managed by Pegasus ever since and I'll return to Opera now, despite it is the Webkit engine. Netflix runs smoothly. Firefox and Netflix is a neverending vexation. I've been using Opera as well for over 20 years. They did a better job.

just yesterday i noticed that when i had any audio playing in firefox, the title shows up next to the volume meter when adjusting my computer's volume with keyboard keys. spotify used to do this when i used to use it and it was a pain to disable it. how do i disable it in firefox

The browser crashes about every two or three days. I have enabled all four boxes in preferences (Priv & Sec settings) but the crash reporter does not appear. Is there anywhere in the Fedora Linux system where I can get some info about why this keep happening?

Firefox takes over 30 seconds to load a tab that I've already opened and seen before.

I mean tabs that have already displayed some content, I switch to a tab, then go back to the tab I was previously on, and it takes over 30 seconds to load, sometimes over 3 minutes. This is making firefox unusable.

And because it doesn't happen all the time, it's not very reproducible for me, but it happens often. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello all I have a site that I log into to manage different things and everytime I go the help section it asks me to relogin. I contacted the support for this site and they say it is a problem of cookies or cache. However, even after I have wiped the cookies and delete the navigation history, I cannot log in.

Is there a magic way to clean cache and cookies, thank you

I have the download setting to "Always ask you where to save files". Unfortunately, Firefox keeps changing the setting back to the default. I understand that, unfortunately, whenever Firefox does an update it changes all my settings back to the defaults (but that's a different issue).

I have 'Firefox updates' set to only install when I okay the install. Unfortunately something is changing even when I have not run an update.

Why might my download settings be reverting back to the default setting?

Hi! I found a strange thing today. I wanted to open an ftp link and firefox asked me in which app I wanted to open it. Of course I wanted to open it in Firefox, but the only app on list was Internet Explorer. So, I added Firefox to the list, but I couldn't open the link with it, because when I marked Firefox and tried to click "open", nothing happend and the box still appeared. So, I ended up using IE. I'm using Firefox Nightly (81.0a1 atm of encountering this).
