Everything about Firefox Quantum is great.... EXCEPT for one legacy feature that many of us loved & STILL miss terribly. It's this horrible, blocky SQUARE TABS, that we're stuck... no, CURSED with!!! Do something, please! The curved tabs in the Australis UI design, was the feature I loved the most. Please consider giving those of us who loved it an option switch to the Curved Tabs, just like in the following link:

Fine, let the Square Tabs be the default, for those who prefer it. But please, please, please, give the rest of us the option to switch to the beloved & much missed, aforementioned, Curved Tabs feature. You won't know how popular it actually is unless you give people the option in the first place. Many thanks for your kind consideration.

Since today, files that I'm trying to download say "failed" no matter what, and doesn't even try to install. I tried resetting things to their default settings, restarting the computer, and even went as far as resetting Firefox, but nothing works.

Every time I go to download anything in Firefox, it always fails to download and every time I try to restart the download, it fails instantly. This suddenly started happening a few days ago and I'm not sure what could have possibly caused it. I looked to some forums and possible solutions, here's what I tried:

-Refreshed Firefox -Started Firefox in safe mode w/o addons -Uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled -Made a new profile to see if my current one was bad -Checked about:config for download settings, all reset

Until two days ago I had no problem downloading music or videos from Youtube. All of a sudden, none of my add-ons work. They are still enabled, but I either get error messages or the add-on doesn't load. Using One error message: e:Error getting video data 0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNA8kBIyais. Using Firefox 69.0.2 64 bit. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have looked around at a bunch of other entries on the forum and from various websites, and it seems like everyone is having trouble with downloading when they have a bunch of strange add-ons and such, but this morning I all of a sudden have had all of my download attempts on the browser return "failed" when I click on the downloads arrow. It doesn't matter if I chose open or save file, it will always fail. I have tried going to about:config from the address bar and resetting all of the download preferences to default, and have tried to clear the download history. I also tried resetting firefox, all to no avail. Please help me solve this problem. I am running UBlock Origin and Adobe add-ons only.

I tried to start Firefox multiple times, but the browser didn't respond. I couldn't find any activity in taskbar and restarting the pc didn't help, so I deinstalled Firefox and then installed it again. However, now I cannot find my old bookmarks. My whole history is gone. I went to menu > help > application basics > open map > bookmarks backup but that file has been rewritten and is empty.

I had gathered and organized a lot of bookmarks, and I really hope I did not lose them forever, but I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Please help?
