I'm trying to delete cache in Fireforx 69.0.1 running Windows 10. So, I go to privacy settings, clear date, and clear web content. When I clear, Cookies and Site Data is cleared. But Cached Web Content (1.5 MB) persists. I can't clear the cache.
My 3 other computers with FF and Win10 all clear cache to "0".

I am having a problem where suddenly Firefox won't remember that I told it to run flash on a website. There was previously the option to remember that decision and now that's gone today for no reason. Removing that option is why I quit using Chrome when the great corporate beast decided for me that I shouldn't be able to conveniently use flash any more because they didn't like it. Is this the same thing happening here or is this a bug?

Why is there no option available to turn it off?
Firefox keeps asking to allow Adobe Flash and even though I allow it, there is no option anymore to ALWAYS allow it.
Because there is no option to ALWAYS allow it, it asks a dozen times a day and keeps un-allowing it on its own. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.

I recorded a powerpoint presentation using the powerpoint Recording function and exported to video - it created an MP4 file. This file plays fine under windows media player, Edge and Chrome. It produces intolerably scratchy audio (sounds of crackles) when played under firefox on Windows 10 and via a website link on Firefox for Android. Powerpoint is for Office 365 MSO version 1908 (Build 11929.20254). Firefox (windows) is version 69.0 build 20190827005903.

I work with HTML website themes daily. I use the firefox browser for all of my design work and I have recently noticed that firefox does not show web icons such as font awesome or any other web icons. The web icons are properly coded into the theme and they show up fine in all other browsers (chrome, edge, explorer, safari).
I did some research on it and I did find this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS but I don't know if that has anything at all to do with it or not.
If the problem is due to Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) then how would I fix that issue as the fonts are being served directly from the theme files?

I finally found in about:config there is a line which says browser.newtab.url modified string http://www.bing.com etc etc I reckon this might be the culprit, but I daren't alter anything because I don't know what I am doing. I do like Firefox, but sometimes I wonder what the interface designers are smoking. Who could possibly think that an unlabeled list of search engine icons is a useful way to search the internet!? For that matter, who on earth decided that users want to type their search terms FIRST and THEN decide what type of search they want to perform? Most of the time, people search the exact opposite way to this.

I downloaded Firefox today. I received 3 messages that javascript is disabled. The first one was from Facebook (see screenshot). The second one was from Javascript when I was trying to figure out how to enable javascript (see screenshot). Yet when I checked about:config, javascript.enabled's value is "true" (see screenshot). I upgraded to Quantum 69.0 64 bit a day or two ago. Today I have discovered that when I go to print a web page from FF, it does not list my home network printer as a choice. I tested other apps, e.g. Chrome and MS Word and Adobe Rdr, they all still show my home network printer in their printer list, and I was able to print to it from Chrome. I have powercycled my printer, and rebooted my WIN7 PC, no help. My home network printer lists as Canon MF4270 Daves Office. My email is daveryan.cincinnati@gmail.com
