I have a SolarEdge installation since spring 2018. I used to log in without any problem but lately (couple of months) when I log-in I have to prove I am not a robot by identifying a lot of silly pictures with cars, traffic lights etc.
I have been advised to switch to Chrome but I like Firefox and cannot see why this problem should exist.

I got a new Dell laptop for Christmas and started using it a couple of weeks ago. Loading Firefox was one of the first actions I took. I have a McAfee subscription so I signed into my McAfee account so I could add it, and got a message asking if I would like to install McAfee Web Boost, an extension that automatically pauses videos unless I tell it to play them. I have a data cap, and this extension would help a lot with my data usage. I told it to install, and and it worked like a charm. My wife asked if I could install it on her computer, too. Here's where it gets weird. It's not in Firefox's list of extensions! Since McAfee loaded it on my computer, I contacted their tech support, asking it how I could load it onto my wife's Firefox browser. I was told the extension was for Chrome and they didn't make one for Firefox. I spent several minutes trying to tell the tech their Web Boost loaded into Firefox, the icon is there among my extensions, and the damn thing works. All the tech could do was load the extension into Chrome, which my wife hadn't uninstalled from her machine. The extension obviously works with Firefox, so how can I get it onto my wife's computer? The version is 1.0.0.25006.

As of a week or so ago I've been unable to open images downloaded through firefox (65.0.1 64-bit). When I attempt to open them I get the following error - "it looks like we don't support this file format". Images downloaded through chrome work just fine, the problem appears to be something between firefox and windows.
Having done some searching about this I've adjusted my settings to make file extensions visible and I've done a virus scan but neither of these has helped.

In order to log in on a website I need to place a number the owner sent me by SMS in a special area. Firefow does not allow me to show this number. Field closed
Is there any setting I should change in order to make that field accessible?

It was taking me to bling not to Google as I wanted.I have no idea how it got there. I disabled it and that fixed the hijacking from Google maps. It also fixed the problem of Google maps not searching for the address I put in.

I am trying to toggle across the "3-bar" menu button using the keyboard. F6 only selects the address bar, and then hitting Tab moves over to the search bar and then toggles through page elements. Alt or F10 only brings up the menu bar which does not have the functions I am looking for. For example, in Google Chrome I would hit Alt and then left-arrow across the menu button or extension buttons (alternatively F6 to select the address bar then Tab to toggle to the right across extension buttons).

Hellow everyone, I am new to the community but have used Firefox for a short time. My problem started I believe after a small update from Firefox about a week ago and is on both my Windows 10 Desktop and Laptops. When I now open my Norton vault the dropdown window it only displays the blank 158 entries with a gray circle to the left, and reports 0 vault entries indicated at the header block. If you then select the vault tab it is a similar story other than it reports on the header that there are 158 entries and the blank vault password boxes now have a blue circle. The vault sync window reports complete and I can see my complete Vault both on IE11 and from Norton Security. Have tried lots of reinstalls of Firefox and the the add-on extensions, even had Norton support chat help but still the same problem. Has there been anyone else with this problem and is there a fix or is the problem with my machines only ?l

Since updating to Firefox 65.0.1 on my Mac, all my bookmarks have gone, and the 'Import and backup' star icon has gone too, so I can't restore them. I have spent hours trying to solve the problem, but I can't. I also have a Windows computer (which fortunately is synced with the Mac) so I have been able to copy the HTML file to a memory stick, but since the Import and Backup star icon is gone from the Mac, I don't know what else to do. Same problem with using Mac's bookmarkbackups file. I'm going nuts, it now seems tht every time I update Firefox a new set of problems occur! Please help, and thank you in advance.

When visiting some sites in Firefox 65.0.1 (64-bit) (Linux) example site: https://www.theweathernetwork.com/ which redirects me to https://www.theweathernetwork.com/ca
Issue is intermittent but very repeatable and refreshing will often allow the page to load. I was not able to trigger a similar issue in other browsers (happy to provide details if wanted)
Saw another question where a network log was asked for -I got that and can provide you with it if it'd be helpful.
Probably not important to you: I was made aware of the issue by my mom who uses Firefox 65 on MacOS.

This morning I turned on my PC (Windows 10) and Microsoft said it needed to fix a problem with startup, so I let it do it, but when the computer was active again and I started up my Firefox browser the window won't minimise.
