If I hit a link in Facebook and it is a YouTube video, Firefox goes unresponsive and I have to open the task manager and close Firefox. This happens even if it opens in a new window. I can't even open YouTube on its own without having this happen, can you tell me why? I do have three links that I have bookmarked that are YouTube videos and they play fine, but nothing else.

Firefox refuses to open the site and displays this error: SSL received a record with an incorrect Message Authentication Code. Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ
I'm absolutely sure the certificate is fine and working. Firefox is able to open another URL in the same server that uses that certificate. The only difference is the server software (one uses Tomcat and the other plain Java 11)
Can anybody tell me what is wrong?

I downloaded fire fox on my new lab top and added the new password on it now both lab tops won't accept the new password , I finaly had a link sent to my Email to change the pass, I did that 3 times was told it was sussess took me to login were was told pass did not match

Microsoft edge could not connect none of my internet games could connect so I did a troubleshoot on my network and got DNS is not responding or dose not exist? so I did what I could but every time I fixed this problem then run firefox it would work for about 1min then the same problem all my internet gose off I could'ent even uninstall firefox and reinstall because I get the same thing in the end I had to do a systems restore that took over 2 hours todo due to everythig on my PC's and my Server ty for the hours of lost work time 9 hours to be excat 8 hours of lost earning's I hope every one gose to Chrome and you loose every thing your just as bad as Mcaffe. this is my second post for today and again it concerns the Web-Console. The first screenshot is taken from the official Mozilla doku (doku_ff.jpg) and the second is what I see whwn opening the console on my page.
Contrary to the official docu the console does not show the concerned lines of the javascript errors - only the number it happens. ( line two screenshot - underlined red).
How can I find out what lines are concerned?

Hello all, my name is Zack Lloyd. and I use a Macbook Pro laptop, using Firefox 64, and I am not allowed to visit any AutoZone websites for some reason.... Every time I click on any Google search results that are from AutoZone, or if I type autozone into the search bar, I am taken to the attached error page?? Has my IP been blocked by AutoZone, for some reason?? Am I never allowed to even visit one of their websites again, or is something wrong Please?? I have already gone into the browser setting menu, and disabled Proxy, but I am still banned from AutoZone websites, and am hoping someone can explain this to me.... Thanks in advance!!

Problem:
Cannot access passwords protected by master password.
Normal mode symptoms:
- No master password is ever asked
-- Trying to set one is futile (see screenshot)
- Certificate is at status "Ready" instead of "Logged In" or "not Logged In" (see screenshot)
- No fields are filled with usernames and passwords when needed.
-- No prompt for it is shown either
Background:
I transitioned from windows to linux
I made a full copy of all my profile when transitioning.
I controlled firefox's version to make sure I would transition using the same version number.
I have backups.
Nothing appears in the browser's console when I start or when I try to change master password.
If I try to view the passwords I have, however... ~120 messages appear telling it cannot decrypt (see screenshot)
Tried:
1-Safe-mode:
-- The master password system works as it is supposed to. I get a master password prompt at browser's first password use.
2- Deleting prefs.js
-- Still not working
3- Disabling all extensions manually
-- Still not working
4- Deleting storage directory
-- Still not working
-Trying 2 + 3, 3 + 4, 2 + 3 + 4 or 2 + 4....
-- Still not working.
What am I missing?

Hi my browser updated last night and all my bookmarks AND browsing history are just gone from the regular Firefox (i also have the dev edition installed)
All im left with now is an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop and it contains data from the dev browser, where is the data from the non-dev browser ?
I did not have a user signed-in on either of the browsers
Can I disable add-ons while in private mode?
Google chrome let's you select if a specific addon works in private mode or not. Is there an option for this in Firefox? If not, is there a plan to include this?
