Version 62.0b3 (64-bit) (Mac)

To reproduce:

1. Go to a website that performs xhr reqs (i.e. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop) 2. CMD + SHIFT + I to open dev tools > Network Tab 3. Either right click on the xhr req and choose edit & resend or one left click then click edit and resend (as shown in screenshot).

PS: it works fine in FireFox; iow, it shows a window to modify req then resending it.

PSS: can you add a resent option (beside the edit & resend)?? Makes it a lot easier when debugging

I had a lot of important information stored in the bookmark descriptions. These were removed in the latest update 62.0b1 (64-bit) Developer for Mac.

Can this information be accessed anywhere.

I'm unable to download any file from google drive

1) https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&confirm=bnxT&id=1axnvq3lqCtw7zwoajbqefBC_QsZ2-RvO (Don't think that this file is big, that's why it isn't working, it is same with all files)

When i click this "Download Anyway" button, firefox just refreshes the tab and nothing happening. I'm using latest firefox version.(Even tested beta version)

I've tried other browsers like chrome, Edge, they are downloading the file perfectly when i click the button.

2) Another problem while downloading from google drive account

While right clicking a file and click "Download" Button, The file won't download. It is redirecting to this page showing "The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to doc-10-34-docs.googleusercontent.com.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

You may think that I've disabled my cookies. But no, I didn't.

Also working fine with Chrome.

I'm using addons : Adguard, Browsec VPN, I've uninstalled them both and tried. Still no hope.


I even cleared my whole data and tried, no hope Disabled Tracking protection, no hope Tried in private window, no hope

I've been facing the second problem from over 6 months. So i use "Get sharable link" option in drive to download files.

It was working fine 2 months before. But now, that's also not working.


Please help me

PLEASE BRING BACK BOOKMARK DESCRIPTIONS! I would love to know the reason for removal? You think it is redundant, but its very important to many people. This removal could quite literally force me to use Google Chrome exclusively Not happy with my preferred browser right now!

Previously before the latest update of 62.0, I used to have various notes kept of different bookmarks in the notes section in properties for different bookmarks. Since the latest update, all these notes I had on different bookmarks are all gone. How can I recover them?

Before the 62.0 update, i used to have various notes kept on different bookmarks in the properties section per whatever bookmarks. Now post update, because the properties window of bookmarks has changed, I have lost all my different notes for every bookmark. How can I recover them.

What happened to bookmarks "Description" box?

In prior versions of Firefox, the Properties Box used to include a large text "Description" box where I could put login information and other details for that bookmark. Now, in version 62.0, that text box no longer exists. Old bookmarks that I have no longer have this information either.

I used this text box extensively and Firefox was the one browser that had this box. Now it appears to have been removed. Can I get this Description box back? Or do I switch to a different browser?

Hi, I use outlook email, and they changed me over to beta. Ever since, when I'm trying to scroll down and check my email list, the screen keeps bouncing up to the top emails. It's impossible to scroll down the lower ones. (They took away the option to switch out of beta.) Thanks!

Hello everybody,

as already described, my chronicle was suddenly gone (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1231311). Now I'm the cause of the glue gone and have found that the company computer since the last update prevents. This is a pity, of course, and I have also reported that to IT, they have switched to my computer, etc. and tried to correct this. I quickly realized that they have no real idea about their job. Firefox has been reinstalled several times, other versions and and .. Current status, I have to live with the fact that my chronicle is not there after a reboot, or I have to work with FF 53. This is just installed, but does not accept my 4500 bookmarks created with FF 62. Now I have FF 62 Portable installed on a stick on my home computer, set up with FF sync, etc., then plugged it into the company computer and it happens the same as when I install the browser locally. There is no history saved after quitting or working with FF Sync. Everything is grayed out in the settings. My approach would be that I in the registry or wherever the values change so I get full access back to my FF settings. Can someone tell me what and where to change this? Or. Where this is stored? Or can someone give me other tips on how I could get on?

Browsing with Firefox takes my pc to hostingcloud.science infected with JS:Miner [trj] I have worked with Malwarebytes Support to get rid of it, to no avail, unless I use a vpn with Avast. I have seen this exploit discussed by other users. When will Firefox find a solution? I have reinstalled, cleaned, scanned, etc to no avail. the only thing that is currentlyl working is using Avast vpn browsing from a different country than my own. Please help, thanks

On my laptop, when scrolling fast through a question I asked on mozilla support community website (the question is mentioned in the screenshot below), a very small portion in the right side suddenly turned to red... I don't know what portion it was exactly, but I definitely saw something in red there.. & the thing is, when i scroll slowly, there's nothing in red colour there.. so a portion suddenly turned to red when only scrolled fast. It could only be a graphics glitch or something wrong with the website right? and nothing else right?

On my laptop, when scrolling fast through a question I asked on mozilla support community website (the question is mentioned in the screenshot below), a very small portion in the right side of centre, where the texts are.. suddenly turned to red...
