Installed Test Pilot yesterday at end of session. Today, Firefox has started to open empty web pages - from what should be cashed content (as these pages are frequently opened) and instead of fetching "new" data, it simply stops and does nothing ?! This obviously never happened before I installed the test pilot gizmo - or I would have addressed it then - so WHY has it started to do this now ?! Is this a known issue that others have also noted, is it a 'bug', could it be that other installed programs (eg., Anti-Virus et al) see the new addition as malware and are restricting access somehow ? Any answers out there please ?!

I found my firefox constantly crashed recent days, while I did nothing to my computer. And Firefox used to very stable and almost never crash before. Unlike normal crashes (script not responding), firefox freeze after a few second I open it, restart firefox does not work. Sometimes Windows give me some information that tells me "plugin container.exe has stopped working" but as I said, I do nothing about plugins or software recently and the last update of firefox is about month ago. Info of crash and troubleshoot pasted

Starting yesterday when I turn on my computer, or after it has been in use for some hours, totally unexpectedly, unasked for, suddenly a commercial comes on, a speaking voice with background music - it can interrupt whatever is already going on, is not identified in any way, no accompanying images, and therefore of course how can I get rid of it?

I have suspected electrolysis (e10s) in Firefox as source causing the problem. But I see Multiprocess Windows 0/1 (Disabled by add-ons) and electrolysis looks to be disabled.
Could you please help me to solve that issue.

Every time I'd open a new tab, my download manager would pop open asking to save an mp3 file. The mp3 file was from a web site that would automatically start playing the music anytime you went to it's home page. <insert long story of chasing numerous ways of clearing cache files and stored settings that didn't work> Yes, a new profile (devoid of any important saved information) worked. But that wasn't a solution, just an avoidance. ... The solution: My new tabs were configured to show my top sites. By sheer luck I happened to notice the source web site of this mp3 file being displayed within my top sites. Clicking the X to remove that site solved the issue.

MSN news allowed headline page but unable to receive any further requested information on the subject asking me if I have the right web address. Can receive emails but cannot send just forwards to my outbox. I have documents hit with malware "odin" so am I to assume this is the cause of all the problems?
I believe "odin" was introduced into my computer when I mistakenly downloaded Adobe 9.5 instead of Adobe 9.5.5 and the message I receive when attempting to open a document attacked by "odin" requests an app to enable access to the document
