I accidentally cleared my Firefox history (using a third party tool) and i wanted to re-sync my history from the web, but it seems like it didn't happen..
I even uninstalled and re-installed Firefox again, but to no avail (i think some settings where not deleted during the uninstall process).
Can someone tell me how i can re-sync my Firefox history from the web?

When I'm using Google+ Hangouts, after a while the window starts glitching out. When I mouse over anything clickable the chat scrolls up by itself, the chat box moves halfway up the window and the video/webcam area goes half black/white then it all goes back to normal a split second later. This keeps happening until I refresh, but then it starts happening again. http://i7.minus.com/iFkcflNZvwmx5.png That's a screenshot of how it looks.
Nothing I've tried has solved it. I've reset firefox, re-installed, created new profiles, restarted my computer, all my drivers are up to date, my memory and cpu usage is minimal. Everything else works fine it's just this that doesn't.
pdfs showing double when displayed within browser ff33.1.1 on mac osx 10.7.5

Firefox crashes when I load the start page while it is open. Or when I open it after closing a session.

I'm using firefox in India and I suspect the Indian communications and broadcasting ministry is serving up bad pages and not allowing freedom of internet as it is supposed to be.
Specifically, I have found some code that may be used to overrun the buffer. A video was posted and the following code was included in the home page, making it possible for a buffer overflow attack. The codebox is as below:

Recently, I must have done something, I just don't know, but I can't seem to remedy the problem.
I create and use a lot of forms. Standard <form></form> HTML forms.
Whenever I pull up a form, I can no longer see any text as I type into the MEMO field. I also don't see any contents of the MEMO field when I recall a record fromn the database within the form.
This is happening ONLY with the MEMO field.
This very message I had to type in notepad and copy and paste it into this bug report form.( OMG - when I pasted this text into this form, I can see the text!! But still not in other forms)
YET, the text is indeed in the form. This text will display when recalling a record to the webpage and displaying the memo field contents on the page.(Not in form)
I have done all I can according to FireFox problem resolution suggestions including uninstalling and reinstalling a fresh pristeen copy of Firefox to a diff location on HD.
I do NOT have this problem when I go into Windows IE. I know there is no problem with the form itself or database contents. This happens on ANY memo field at ANY website, not just mine.
I cannot say if this began after an FF update or not. I feel it may be a simple fix. I may have hit a key or combination of keys that changed a setting causing this, but I dont know where.
Any clues would be helpful.

I can open all the bookmarks directly from my flash drive stick so I am sure they work. I want to import all of them (about 300 total files in approx 25 diff folders). When I try to highlight all of them so I can do one entire import at once, it doesn't allow me. I CAN ONLY HIGHLIGHT ONE OF THE 300 AT ONE TIME. Must be a way to highlight all of them at one time??
I cannot copy and paste, nor can I highlight all of the 25 folders by using shift or control and the down arrow.
On Toolbar, I went to BOOKMARKS, ... SHOW ALL BOOKMARKS, ...IMPORT AND BACKUP from top Toolbar... then IMPORT BOOKMARKS FROM HTML in the drop down. From there I can access the main folder that contains my 25 sub folders bu can't highlight more than 1 of the 300 .
I also tried to do a RESTORE from the drop down (instead of IMPORT). From there, I went to CHOOSE FILE and the the F: drive (which was my flash drive). This gets me to the same folder as above EXCEPT THE DEFAULT FILE TYPE IS "JSON". Must be a way to fix this. Please help

In one of the latest versions (after 11/8/2014) it appears that you have either changed the method or hidden sessionstore.js somewhere other than on my C:/ drive. it is no longer "findable" with "show hidden files" turned on

About a week ago, FF updated to 33.1.1. Since then it started with being always welcomed to the new version of FF. I then could not change my preferences. I have done complete uninstalls (using Revo) and fresh installs with no success - FF continues to open with all my bookmarks, etc intact. I have backed up all my settings, etc using FEBE.
Then this morning, FF will not open at all. I have tried to open the Profile Manager using the full path but it will not open either.
I have run out of ideas, and can find nothing extra on the net. I love FF, but may have to move to Chrome (or ...) if this can't be fixed.
As FF isn't running, I can't seem to run the Troubleshooting utility to give you more info ... :(
