When ever I am on my Mac desktop it doesn't recognize the latest version of Firefox. I have deleted and downloaded new version over and over. Websites like Facebook, Google Chrome and YouTube also tell me that I don't have the latest version so change their interface to reflect this. My laptop is fine it's only my desktop.

I reinstalled it several times, deleting the old icons on my application folder, and desktop. Don't know a lot about this but I've never had any issues with mozilla before. I just want it to be up to date. Haven't installed any weird programs lately either and I don't have anything that blocks it.

when it said I had to download the new firefox I did and now I have all kinds of icons in my appications and i cannot get back to opening in yahoo page unless I go to bookmarks... and it keeps telling me to unload the new firefox...it keep telling me to download the new one and giving me new icons and no results and it is all messed up....

Hi, I have FF 3.0.19 and am trying to install Xform Version 0.8.6ff3. Nothing happens on clicking the link to install it (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/mozilla-xforms/versions/?page=1#version-0.8.6ff3). Java Script is enabled (followed what's said here - JavaScript settings and preferences for interactive web pages) but still can't get it to work.

I cannot view the entire page on ebay. I can see the photo and the first list of items on the specific page but am unable to see any further information such as what other options are available on an Apple laptop or any additional info until I get to the bottom of the page and then I can see the number of times the page has been viewed or additional items like the one I am currently viewing. I have set my options to accept cookies but continue to have this issue. HELP

I am trying to access Ticketmaster.com I am getting back 403 Forbidden to access site on this server. How do I fix it.

recently every time I use google maps firefox crashes. This never happened before a couple weeks ago. It is every time now. I have version 3.0.19 and have had it for some time now.

I keep getting prompts saying that a website is unsecure and not protected. I also get prompts telling me to update, but when I follow them I'm told my operating system is too old and that I should go to Mozilla's website to get the latest version which works with OSX 10.4.11, but I can't find said version, but I do find plenty of references to a particular version being on the brink of no longer being supported.

Firefox 3.0.19 on Kubuntu9.04 (jaunty) keeps crashing when I try and download files. I have tried deleting downloads.sqlite. I have also tried creating a new profile. Neither has helped.

If I right click on a link and choose "Save link as" I can download files. But If I left click on the link the downloader menu does not appear and Firefox completely shuts down.

I click on "Customize Tool Bar" and your instructions say "The Customize Tool Bar" screen will open. But it doesn't say how to get the "Customize Tool Bar to open. How do I get the Customize Tool Bar to open? There must be something I click to get that screen to open.

I am cooljakaria form Bangladesh. I am a freelancer.Almost every day i must use my yahoo account using firefox(5.0).But before 2-3 day ,I can not login my yahoo account using firefox. I can login my Google account .On the otherhand,I can login my yahoo account using google crome. Please solve this problem earlier. Thanks cooljakaria

Your website has offered 10.0 upgrades 13 times in the past 3 days (#14 is on the screen now). Each time the download fails "unknown error." (I am fairly new to Firefox since my Safari died.) My Firefox version is 3.0.19. Please don't tell me I have download every version between this and 10..2. Life's too short. Thanxxx for your help.

laptop is running slow. when I play video off web sites the video keeps stopping and starting every couple second playing one second at a time. IK know my D: drive is almost full can't defrag not enough space.not sure i am connectecto internet prperly through adapters and network. I have a t-Mobile Broadband Hot spot

It appear to me a message that say that I need to update mozzilla. Then I try to do it but appear another one that say that I have to connect my computer to the website http://www.mozzilla.com/it/firefox/ I do it but I don't find the updatings.Where are they? What should I do?

I previously had Firefox and it was working. I downloaded another version about a year or so ago and I had this same problem - it couldn't connect to the web address entered. My other browsers work fine. I trashed the old Firefox and downloaded the newest version today. Same thing happened - the browser window opens like everything is fine, but it cannot connect to a web address typed into the search bar. How do I correct this?
