Hello, I have a problem with google serach results.Sometimes the font is large, but sometimes its normal. Its realy annoying.I tried with deleting my cookies only for google, and my font gets to normal but after a while it comes again large.I read about this and i tried another solution deleting content-prefs.sqlite file in firefox profile folder but the result was temporary.

I had to install some crapware, and it made me install snap.do. This was a mistake. I have completely removed snap.do, so I think, but it has injected itself somehow within firefox. I have removed it entirely, cept for when i type anything in the address bar for a search, it currently only searches http://search.snapdo.com/?st=ds&q= its driving me quite batty. Please read my things I have done before you post.

Things I have done.. - Switched the "search box" search engine. I've tried to switch it to something else like yahoo, and then switch back to google, then type in the ADDRESS BAR, still defaults to snap.do. I've also tried all sorts of things, as I believe since firefox 23 whatever you have selected in the search box, will default for the address bar, in my case.. no.

- keyworld.url or any about:config search for snap or snapdo or snap.do or * Listen, this has been gone since firefox 23. I'm running version 27.0.1, ITS NOT THERE DONT SUGGEST THISSS FKJALSDFLKAJSD. I've also tried the keyworld.url hack. First time I tried there was a snap.do keyword and i was like "EFFFIN AAAA!". But after a restart, snapdo still took over.

- Firefox>help>troubleshoot>reset I'll punch you in the face if you even remotely suggest this, i've done it 329049320 times ;)

- Malware/antivirus/dafjkdsj tool. Unless it directly removes snap.do dont even tempt me.

- uninstall/reinstall Ok.. c'mon, you think I havent tried this?

-add/remove programs rly?

Ok so you see my frustration here? One more list..

Things I will not do.. - Delete my firefox profile. I'd just really rather not, as history is how I browse some stuff. and well other things as well, I mean in the end, if i must i must.

But if anyone has any other ideas on how i can force firefox to a search engine please let me know, and i will be your friend ;D

I've also run malwarebytes and Super anti spyware.

This is a NON-technical question, but I cannot find a way to contact Mozilla on such a matter. I made a contribution of a modest amount last December (2013). As of yet I have not received a letter or Email confirming this contribution, and I need it for income tax purposes. what should i do?

I have an issue after updating Firefox to the latest version. I log in to gmail and I am immediately logged back out. It does not do this in IE. I have no other Google products open. I am not logged into any other Google products.

I wanted to report this issue but I cannot find a place to do that, so I am assuming that I post it here and it will be seen.

I have a feedly account and have a feedly ad on which is enabled but where is the feedly icon on my toolbar ? i have tried lots of things to get it on but to no avail HELP

Basically, whenever I tried to refresh certain pages, a dialog box would pop up as you can see from the screenshot (http://i.imgur.com/yyVNkRE.png). It only happens for some sites (e.g http://ch.nicovideo.jp/portal/anime) and it happened straight after upgrading to 27.0.

I'm not sure if this is actually a problem or not but it's getting pretty annoying at the moment.

Firefox does not remember my password even after I click remember password on all of the websites I visit. I recently installed a new computer and copied my old profile folder into the new firefox profile folder. I am using newest version of firefox.

Also, all of the Gmail accounts are deleted when I associate different Gmail accounts to a list. But the autocomplete for my username still works.

Somehow it appears my Fire fox got upgraded as I now see a Orange Firefox tab in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Since that time lots of bad things have happened. I can't access my bookmarks they are gone.. I can use the "back" button to navigate the internet. I know you can hit the menu bar and the orange firefox tab dissapears. I would just like to go back to the old software if that is my problem so I can get my bookmarks back as well as the "back" button. After further review sometimes that orange tab isn't there and everything works fine but most times that orange firefox tab shows up and nothing works as described above. HELP please :)

that you are changing menus and getting rid of the title bar. I have hunted around on your website, and have not found a clear explanation of what is going on.

So I would like a clear explanation.

At least equally important, I would like to know whether I can retain prior features without change, or whether you're going to alter my user interface when I don't want you to.

This is getting really annoying as i have only just recovered from the various and annoying bugs in V26. I have disabled automatic updating as i'm hacked off about ff not starting up properly and then crashing upon quitting following every single update.

One such bug that surfaced around V26 was that a website (http://www.thecourier.co.uk/) crashes firefox. Just that website and just on my Mac and just on firefox. i cannot replicate the error on Ubuntu or WinXP or the computer of anyone I know with the same version. the website crashes firefox with no plugins or addons active, and it was this that made me install NoScript in the first place - ie to block out a JQuery? script that was causing the crash.

V27 bugs: firefox 27 update is losing my tabs from history after a restart, it remembers the favicons but displays "new tab" in each and shows blank page when clicked on, thus clearing the favicon and history etc. there's nothing in recently closed windows etc.

also, upon each and every restart my skin (Cotton Candy Swirl) is not displayed properly: the title bar shows up in Apple Mac Grey and the bottom bar shows solid pink.

When I: Firefox >> Quit, it hangs (as can be viewed in Mac's error report details). this requires me to open the task manager and force quit.

Crashed will happened every now & then during browsing i have 400 tabs save in session Its really screwed me , its happened in safe-mode as well

When I updated Firefox to 27.0.1 I lost scrapbook, so I did a reset of firefox. Did I lose all of my scrapbook items? I think I have scrapbook plus 2 installed - I think!! At this point I am totally frustrated. I have used Firefox for years, and this is the first time I have had such issues.

Also, alt print screen and print screen does not work properly with Firefox now.  It works fine with Internet Explorer and Chrome, and believe me I went thru hell trying to find out what was wrong before I found out that the updated Firefox was the problem.  I am using win xp sp 3. I would appreciate any help.  

I am just about ready to say goodby to Firefox even tho I have loved it in the past.

My website uses anchor links of the form href=file.htm#1234 to jump to <a name=1234> in file.htm.

It works fine when the website is locally loaded on my home PC. When I upload it to my website platform it works the first time I use it and then fails jumping to the top of file.htm. IE works fine both on the website platform and on my home PC.

I did a cleanup with malwarebytes, Adware remover, Spybot search and destroy. Nothing I can find. I was infected with offer4u and similar product malware that kept showing offers and other products when I was on a shopping website.

EVEN that did not show up anywhere, It was not in programs. It somehow installs in firefox hidden. Even my firefox start page was hijacked and the search by something I don't remember.

All of that got cleared out. But the other day I still got the Offer4u popup. I disabled it forever have not seen it since.

Now whenever I visit any shopping website it gets redirected to this url. http://api.pitlap.info/v1/users/wMfSaZPIqrU=/tips.json?where_created=sg&api_key=da4b9237bacccdf19c0760cab7aec4a8359010b0&secret=eb3e8ac05132bbaeb79f6e8eb53b67e753d79da3&pr=1&bring_info=0&method=post&url=http://www.tienda.com/?affid=cj This is the exact url for tienda.com As you can see that when I visit a shopping website it tries to reload that page with a particular referral id.

I just can't find this anywhere and nothing can remove it. Its is a huge security flaw in firefox I am sure. So its not being detected as an adware.

Its hard to even browse as the referral ids and urls are wrong and it ends up redirecting to the home page.

Yes I know that I can install firefox again from a scratch but It will be pain getting all the extension back again.

How did FIrefox become like IE. This is dejavu. It seems like a good time to switch to chrome.

There seems to be no support or anyone recognizing this issue in the forums. Looks like nobody is bothered
