I manage by hitting the "ignore" button, but this seems to be happening on more and more sites and I'd like to solve it. As far as I know apert from The Camelizer I have no plug ins or add ons. Any help gratefully received.

Only one site is being re-directed. It is being re-directed at the .com level of address, preventing a work-around with a more specific sub-address.

I can find no extensions or add-ons, not even those listed below.

I can find no instructions in the Windows Registry that would account for this behavior.

Help, please.

After a new installation of Ubuntu 12.04 Firefox will open for a few seconds and then crash without me trying to use it. Thunderbird reacts in the same way. An installation of LUBUNTU works perfectly well on the same computer with Firefox operating and Sylfeed as the email system (no Thunderbird available in that one) My main computer has the same setup of a dual system with Windows (same version as the other one) , similar hardware and working for 2-3 years with no proablem. I cannot see the difference between the two computers which is causing the problem.

I seem to be getting long scripts (eg yimg.com) that freeze my pc. Can I automatically stop scripts. At present, I wait a long time for the 'stop script' box.

My assumption with the sync account was that I could upload all of my Firefox information to your server, and upon reinstalling the new operating system Reese think that data back down to my freshly installed browser. It now seems to be asking me for a separate device to pair the sink with, which wasn't indicated as a prerequisite initially. Please help.

I am using the latest Version of Firefox. Sometimes while using the web - it all of a sudden hangs and I cannot use anything. After a few minutes, sometimes half a minute -- a small window pops up and says - Warning, Unresponsive script. A script may be running etc. I click on stop and then everything is fine.

The weird thing is that it happens Infrequently and Not specifically on a certain webpage. Sometimes it happens on google and sometimes it happens on wikipedia, etc -- and then it does that on different pages and Not on the ones it did that before.

Tried to uninstall and re-install, etc

Would appreciate anyone's help on this.

I tried to send a page and the 'installing social services' sequence required me to update to "at least version 29." However, my system is up to date. I do so religiously.

So I thought I would send a support note to ask about that and the support sequence too fired back a message, "looks like your Firefox is out of date." I captured both that any my version info in the attached graphic.

I have gone through several re-installs to clear this problem but it keeps happening. Why?

I also see in the "educated guesses" of my system, below this note, that your system is showing my FF version as 26.0! Can a resident piece of malware hijack FF that badly to deny the updates from proceeding yet present a dialog that shows me as being on 37.0.1? I'm speculating here as this issue confuses me. By the way, I have used Kaspersky--also up to date--for ages.

And I still was not able to send that page, so over to Chrome/Explorer I must go!
