go to support.mozilla.org, pick a category, say Firefox for Android, and then try to browse these support issues. it's impossible; when you click "All Questions" it takes you out of Firefox for Android or whatever category you've chosen and gives you questions about every. single. f---ing. product. WTF?!??
and where do i register/sign-up to reply to some question?? nowhere, that's where; you've only got sign-ins and no sign up/register links on that page. you've got to go thru rigamarole of pretending to, starting to ask your own question before getting to registration prompts, then cancel that question. geezus... !!

On, like, Thursday of this week (8/18/16), Facebook Disconnect disappeared from add-ons search results via the Firefox Add-Ons browser page and Mozilla Add-Ons web page both. I mean the add-on from Disconnect.me, which makes Disconnect, Google Disconnect, Twitter Disconnect, not the knock-off, tho I'm sure it's a fine product. Did Disconnect kill it, or did Mozilla lose it, and can anybody who has it post it online somewhere or e-mail it? I'm not having much luck finding it available elsewhere. I need it for v. 19 (v. 20 at best). Thanks.

For roughly three weeks I'm not able to access my hotmail account (mail.live.com). I'm able to login however as the screen says 'Outlook is opening mail' I'm able to see folders (Inbox, Junk mail, Drafts, etc.,) but no emails--just blank center screen. The funny thing is I've tried opening hotmail through my old school IE 8.0 and everything works fine.
Here are my PC Specs:
Windows XP SP3, Mozilla FF 19.0.2, Core i3 -3220, 4 GB RAM, Geforce GT 430 64 MB Video Card 250 GB Seagate HD.
Now I know what you guys are thinking--WHY WINDOWS XP SP3??! Hasn't Microsoft discontinued support for this OS? However with my work for uploading documents and another software we use, it seems Windows XP is still the only compatible OS until the software vendor makes it compatible for Windows 7/10. Another question that arises is WHY NOT UPDATE FF?? Unfortunately FF 19.0.2 seems to only work with a STATS software I use for my night class (I've tried other versions of FF even the newest one) but that seems to be incompatible with my STATS software.
Also here are the things I'VE ALREADY DONE:
-Reset FF 19.0.2 -Enabled Safe mode and manually disable each plugin to see who the culprit is...still FF can't open my hotmail account correctly -Updated my Geforce drivers to latest version...still same issue -Tried disabling Javascript and Silverlight, reenabling and updating both of them...still same issue
To put the long story short AT THE MOMENT I CANNOT UPGRADE XP OR FF 19.0.2 (I NEED BOTH SOFTWARE VERSIONS TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING SOFTWARE I USE). I've had no issues before and I really need to access my email! Please get back to me asap, thx,

In the "appearance" area of my ad on area I have a program called Default 36.0.1. Since it showed up I have had difficulty in configuring my yahoo.com home page and mail appearance area. Can this appearance ad-on be un-installed? I cannot find it in my program area nor is there an un-install button beside it in the ad-on box. I have a Microsoft Windows 8.1 operating system and I believe the most recent version of Firefox which was working very well before this ad-on showed up on my computer.

It seems, like mozilla support can do nothing with this problem. So let's try again. Many people have terrible lag with firefox on windows, while flash player is installed. There is no ansewr why. Disabling flash protect mode or hardware acceleration do not help. Reinstalling flash plugin also.
I have figured out, that this problem is somehow connected with hibernation. So if you turn off pc and then turn it on (or reboot) everything works fine. But if you use hybernation, firefox starts to awfully slow the whole machine, when you turn it on from hibernation.
