Hello we have recieved several emails about our account needing us to sign in or the account will be removed - i am just checking if these emails come from you and i have now signed into the account and cannot see anything about the account being deleted

When I play YouTube videos in Firefox, the video stutters and drops frames, even at 480p. Audio keeps playing normally. This does not happen in Chrome on the same computer. The issue started about a week ago. I’m using Firefox on Windows 11 on a laptop. Restarting Firefox did not fix it.

does Firefox allow for me to block a specific URL ex (winred.com) a simple line edit to block sites

Hey guys, My friend got on my pc and shut it off without me looking and somehow when i opened it back up all my tabs(couple hundred) distributed between 3 windows were lost. I've tried all the usual recovery options by doing previous or session restore, its not popping up in recently closed windows as well, where i usually recover my sessions from if it does go wrong. Is there any other way where this data may be stored, to recover a session from 31st Dec 2025.

It's very hard for me to find where to go after clicking on the three line symbol in right hand corner. But when I finally did locate in Settings the section on passwords and sign-in info I turned that off. I was happy until I again signed into Mozilla and Amazon and my email address (which I use for ID) continued to pop up. Why do these things have to be so hard to find and then to make work. Please help. Thank you.

For awhile now I have trouble completing purchases on some websites when using Firefox. I need to open another browser like Edge to complete the transaction. Anything using "Shop with Visa" doesn't work and, for example, I just had to buy tickets on StubHub through a regular credit card submission. I bought them 4 times, got confirmation, and then had the order cancelled because it didn't go through. I called my credit card and was on with StubHub tech support. The final solution was to open Edge and make the purchase and it went through and I had the tickets a minute later. I'm now having the same issue trying to make a reservation at a restuarant through sevenrooms.com Its been sitting on the confirmation page for several minutes. I went into edge and made the reservation and it was confirmed with 30 seconds.

I have used firefox as my brouser on my PC for years with all my bookmarks and passwords. Now without my old computer, how do I restore all my account passwords and bookmarks as it was before.? I am using windows 11 on a Dell desktop PC. Please help. I am not a computer genius. Is there a phone number to call for live help.

all bookmarks are now missing. Firefox did an update recently when I restarted my desktop. I have gone through the forums and just checked the 'Places Database' when I pressed verify integrity I get the message:

In version 146.0.1, or perhaps even earlier, I noticed that if you set a Primary Password to log in to the browser, you can reset it and log in simply by clicking the "Cancel" button. This allows you to access all of your user tabs and links. I hadn't noticed this before. It defeats the purpose of setting a Primary Password. I noticed similar issues in the Tor browser, but you can't set a Primary Password there at all, even though the feature is there, and it's built on the Fire Fox engine. Please fix this issue. No buttons should allow you to log in without entering the correct Primary Password.

I wanted to ask, whether you know any solution to my streaming problem. I noticed that my download speed is incredibly fast, when I am running a download in the background of my PC. This can be a windows-update or updating a game via steam. But when I am not downloading anything, then Youtube cant even stream 360p without buffering every 10 seconds. I feel like the Firefox-Browser is not telling my PC that it needs the internet and thus does not get it, but when another program needs internet, It gets enough to work.

Hello, I have tried everything...filters, added contact, blocked senders but I'm still not receiving any email from Firefox. I need my verification numbers to continue to sign into my account. thanks in advance for helping, Scott
