I keep getting a triangle deal on Firefox that indicates I need to add the "permission request for Firefox extensions" from Mozilla. Is this something I need to install or just information regarding extensions. From reading about this it doesn't appear to be safe because it can access and change nearly everything? I have noticed in the last two week severe problems with Gmail freezing while I am using Mozilla Firefox as my browser. Here is the message I got today:

Browser doesn't click elements on first google page. Neither "people ask" elements, nor "more images" and images even. But only on the first page. When I change to "images" tab, then it's ok. Plus doesn't click elements like left, right arrow on images on reddit.

Tried without extensions, new profile. All the same.

bold textUsing beta it became flaky so I tried to move to the release version. I was told the beta was a later version so I could not. When I reopened FF all my data is gone. I lost all index page formatting, bookmarks, history tags everything. I would like to have this back (even beta)

Hi, Today 8-7-25 Mozilla automatically upgraded to version 141.0.3. Now all of my bookmarks are gone. I can't find them on my pc. There are two profiles listed in the profile section. Neither seem to have my bookmarks. I have a lot of bookmarks and some are very needed. Please help me recover all of my bookmarks. Thank you, Geo

Despite pop ups being barred on my system I get the attached several times a day. Does anyone recognise it and how can I stop it? I have no Firefox extensions, and have run Norton without finding any problems. There is no indication of its source. It has been on my system for more than a month. Thank you Colin O'Brien

beim Erstellen eines Lesezeichens (Strg+D aus dem aktuellen Tag heraus) wird dieses nach ~3 Sekunden automatisch angelegt.

Das Verhalten dieser Funktion ist äußerst(!) ärgerlich. Es kann vorkommen, dass sich der Dialog direkt vor dem Anfassen mit der Maus bzw. dem Erkennen / sehen / user action im Bereich des Fensters einfach schließt.

Das Lesezeichen wird dann zwar erstellt, aber in diesem use case muss es nochmal angefasst werden.

Könnt ihr bitte eine Möglichkeit schaffen, dieses automatische Speichern & Schließen-Funktion zu unterbinden? Sollte es schon eine Möglichkeit dafür geben, bin ich offen für Erklärung.

How do I reset my homepage to Firefox and away from Norton. I don't know why my homepage switched away from Firefox. I require explicit foolproof instructions. I am 87 years old and not savvy.
