I live in a rural area without cable or DSL broadband. Our only options are Satellite or wireless. The wireless version is either cellular or over the air microwave. We chose the over the air version with a dish about 18"

in diameter.  My ISP's network enters the net somewhere west of Fort Worth.  I am about 100 miles away.  Is there a procedure to manually set my location so the store and restaurant locations are relevant to me?  Thanks for the help.

Also my About This Mac says my OS is 13.6.7 and as you can see listed below it says 10.15. something strange is going on and has been for a long time. I deserve my privacy just like everyone else! Downloading emails became grindingly slow and so I re-installed Firefox only to find that years of saved emails across many many folders, as well as contact addresses have vanished.

Lately I am unable to log on to pay bills on Firefox with error message that my user name or password isn't recognized, but I can easily log in on a different browser, like Google. I am NOT using a VPN! It doesn't do it for every credit card, maybe 3 out of 5. I have not changed any settings, and this started about 2 months ago. HELP!

I have tried installing free Outlook but it does not allow me transfer all my local folders (I have many) with all my history and information.

Is an update to Firefox due that will support this new modern authentication process or do I loose all my local folders?

A few weeks ago I accidentally allowed Firefox to Block Youtube from making Viewing suggestions to me. Now when I go to Youtube from Firefox, all I get is a Blank screen. I want to REVERSE THAT decision and ALLOW youtube to make suggestions to me. Please help me get back to AS IT WAS BEFORE, or if you could do that for me would be great . Thanks Anand

Recently when I move the mouse, the screen zooms in. The "command -" does not reset the screen. "View sZoom actual size" works, but I have to use it many times each time I use the computer. What is causing this? How can I fix it? It only started in the last couple of weeks.

I have noticed recently that Discord crashes its tab as soon as someone else joins a voice call and microphone access is given.

I am on Linux/NixOS/Hyprland and am not experiencing this issue on Linux/Endeavour/Gnome.

The crash report mainly complains about libxul.

Any ideas or directions are greatly appreciated.

Hi Guys, I'm having trouble logging into Firefox on any of my devices even though i can pass all the password & security steps. When logged in, it asks me if want to connect any other devices then immediately logs me out.

On my main laptop i have all my bookmarks & passwords working but am not logged in, but i want to replicate this on another laptop.

Any ideas?

Firefox desktop for Windows 10 stopped letting me copy text with the mouse. Copy is greyed out 90% of the time. I really have gotten used to using the mouse to do this. Are they going to fix it? I will have to use a different browser if no fix is in the pipeline. That is how often I use it. Thanks

I needed to add another user to our windows 10 computer. The user has their own windows login. They have their own Mozilla user account, but somehow are getting all bookmarks, etc from my account. I really need them to not be able to do that. I have searched the info here and haven't had any luck following the suggestions.

In the meantime, the other user is using MS edge, which makes me uncomfortable

Why can I no longer get to my e-mail or bank website on Firefox without jumping through a bunch of hoops. I can get to them on Chrome with no problem. Am I going to have to switch to Chrome which my wife uses?
