I can no longer use my camera on firefox, firefox displayed some message about camera when we were trying to chat, but I missed it, I have granted relevant permissions on the site, that we use reularly. The camera icon on the address bar appears red, and I noticed that in Windows security, it lists firefox access requests, but shows no way to grant these requests.

I am not tech minded so please if anyone could keep it simple, I would appreciate it.

I have been having consistent issues with Youtube when played on Firefox. Opening the "Stats for Nerds", I see that I have decent connection speed. However, I get a burst of network activity, and then it stops. Therefore, i can't watch the video. Refreshing Youtube does not help at all.

Trying on other browsers, I do not have issue. While I sometimes get low network activity, most often than not, I can play Youtube videos fine.

I have done the following:

• Confirmed that I'm running the latest Firefox version (127.0.0)
• Cleared Firefox cache
• Confirmed having issue (sometimes worse as I get no network activity even on refresh) on Firefox Troubleshoot mode

I have been using [edited] @comcast.net as user name for Firefox account. I want to delete that email because I'm leaving comcast ASAP. I read instruction that say add a new email name as a secondary account and then delete the primary one above. I entered [edited[ @gmail.com. I got a message that said that account already exists. Since I didn't know that or remember any password for it, I entered [edited] @gmail.com and said "forgot password." I changed it Now Firefox won't let me in using the [edited] @gmail.com account. Would appreciate any help you can offer.

I have several g-mail accounts that I used to open on Firefox - until yesterday. Now I'm getting a silly message below:

I'm working on ASUS, on Windows 86bit. If I reboot my PC g-mail works again for a couple of hours. I have no problem accessing my g-mail accounts from Chrome.

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with desaturated icons in the toolbar and tabs of Firefox. I don't think any extesion may be causing this problem and i have already tried reinstalling and resetting Firefox, but this did not resolve the problem.

Hi, I would like to know which version of Mozilla used this setting of network.trr.excluded-domains: 'sbl-xbl[.]spamhaus[.]org, localhost.that.never.exists'. The default is 'undefined' as I checked in 127.0.1 and the older 124. I also contacted support of extensions that I used, no evidence of both excluded domains. Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot \!o!/

Hello, I use Duck Duck Go as a default search engine, with Google and others as alternatives. Since I switched my compter, Firefox resets the default engine back to ebay, which cannot be deleted in the list and also shows up in the address bar. Could you please tell me how to get rid of it? hello tried a few things from help docs on line. nothing working. just keeps happening. tabs will say gah. your tab just crashed. works for a bit but once happens.... have to close whole firefox and open again. just started happening yesterday. I have used firefox for many many years never a problem. Something was not updated right. Please tell me how to fix this once and for all. if not I have to leave using firefox this is driving me crazy. terrible. Latest thing I tried was about:config - sandbox changed 2 items, 1 from true to false other from 6 to 0. as listed in this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_SIGynLjrjk

When I search for a Hebrew-language video on Firefox the resulting link text overlaps with the English text “Translate this page” for all YouTube videos. I don’t want any page translated and my Firefox Translation settings include no languages. The overlap only occurs on YouTube video links. How can I get rid of the “Translate this page” text? Thanks.

I'm switching from Edge and have a frustrating issue.

In Edge I am very used to having separate behaviour for links with left and middle click.

i.e. from Gmail, if I left click a link it opens in a new tab and switches to the tab, if I middle click a link it opens in a new tab but stays on the current tab

In Firefox both seem to be controlled by the single setting.

I have looked in about:config and tried changing a few flags but cannot seem to find a combination that works how I want it.

Can anyone help?

This is a real dealbreaker for me and I will switch back if there's no solution :(

It worked well yesterday and then it updated to 127.0.1 and now i can not open it. I get XUL Runner not compatible. It is on a windows 10 computer.

All my information bookmarks and passwords, but I have no way to get to them, uninstalled and reinstalled, but the new one doesn't look like the old version, and none of my information is there. I have tried copying the profile folder from and pasting it in the folder. but still nothing. I have it set as default, but the new one wants to be default, so when I go to make it my default I have 2 Firefox to choose from along with chrome, and edge.

My other problem is I have been using Firefox for probably 20 plus years, so there is a lot of saved stuff, but not sure what my previous user name and log in was. I have downloaded and older version and of course i updated also. I have a Firefox that works now, but not the one with all of my information.

Sorry if this makes no sense, no really sure how to explain it differently.

Can some one please help me figure out how to get all my bookmarks and passwords back?

I would like to review a listing of all the extensions recommended by Mozilla for FF. One would think a list exists somewhere. But my searching for recommended extensions have not yielded the anticipated results. I found an article on the recommended extension program, but no list. If the answer is obvious, forgive me, but I didn't see it.

Ive tried everything under the Sun to try to get rid of that Annoying ( Sign in with Google) out of my computer but nothing works ?? Is there a solution ?? I cannot open most of my Sites with it there !! Anyone Please HELP !!

I am finding more and more sites that I regularly go to are no longer working on firefox. One site was because HTML5 apparently does not work on firefox. But others I don't know about why are no longer working on firefox. I thought it might be streaming related but just today I could not access one of my banks on firefox, and I tried many times, but had no problem signing on using Chrome.
