Until recently, this extension had worked well on YouTube, where downloading videos has usually worked for years without an issue.

However over the past month or so, when using the Linux system, it's become impossible to download any video from YouTube, without an error popping up after a couple of seconds.This occurs whatever choice of aspect for a video is available, be it in mp4 or mkv format. I should emphasize that this issue only seems to occur on YouTube. Other unrelated sites that host video-sharing still work with Linux.

In Windows 10, Video DownloadHelper with YouTube still seems to be working as normal. So any ideas why I can no longer use this extension with Linux and YouTube?

When I am typing in a search request in google, the type disappears frequently and I cannot even correct it because the whole line disappears. I thought this was happening when I misspelled a word but it seems to happen in other situations also. This is very annoying.

No videos appear at all on Teachable, just a blank space where video should be. I have allowed video and audio (video and audio work on many other sites). I have cleared my cache. I have to use a different browser to use this site. I have also noticed other sites that have the same problem.

To repeat, in trying to connect to J. Lawson site for sending cards I received a message regarding cookies being cancelled through the browser I am using. As I stated above, I am 88 and have very limited knowledge regarding the computer. I wouldn't have a clue to cancel anything. This has never happened before. Could this be the result of Norton trying to update my "drivers"? Thank you for the help and thank you for fixing this. I do not want cookies deleted or whatever you folks call it. .

I went into setting and made sure spellcheck is enabled and it is, but there are no other options there. I did exactly what it said on your help article and right clicked in the text box on multiple different web pages and there is NO OPTION. It should not be this complicated.

Whenever I use amazon prime to stream video after watching for several seconds the video quality is throttled, this also happens to youtube videos but mainly effects FPS and only when im tabbed out and using my second monitor. I am 100% sure this is not my computer or wifi as both are very good and the problem does not persist when I swap browsers.

Two, maybe three updates ago, not sure how many since there seem to have been quite a few the past couple of months, the PDF option in the Print Friendly & PDF extension stopped working. Period. It's still usable for deleting content on a page but when the button to send it to Adobe as a PDF is clicked, a graphic with a large down arrow is shown with a scroll bar that at the end says Download Your PDF. Clicking that brings up a box that says: The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

If you are the application owner check the logs for more information

I've removed and reloaded Print Friendly a couple of times in case that was the source of the trouble. No change.

Hi there, I am experiencing some issues with logging into some websites, including bank accounts. Mozilla Firefox comes up with secure connection failed even though these are recognized banks. This has happened on a number of occasions recently with different logins. I even switched my online Firefox settings from strict to standard & I am still experiencing these problems! Please could advise what else to do? I do not want to use Google but feel that I may have to download it to be able to access my accounts. Thank you, Howard

Attempting to attach any file crashes the browser - Version 116.0.2 (64-bit)

Any website. File explorer window doesn't even appear. It just crashes instantly.

Ever since the last update this website after running for a few minutes gets choppy and slow then crashes. I have to restart my computer to clear the problem. Running Windows 10.

I went to about:config and set my privacy.globalprivacycontrol values to all True. Yet, when I go https://globalprivacycontrol.org/, the website states that the GPC signal is not detected. Is any other action required? I am using Firefox v16.0.2 on a Mac computer running Ventura 13.5.

Since the FF update to 116.0.2 (64-bit) I am unable to save images from a very specific part of Ancestry.com. The database is the U.S., School Yearbooks, 1900-2016. All of the other image databases on Ancestry download without issue, and I am able to download the Yearbook images using Edge, so this appears to be a Firefox issue, especially as it began immediately following the most recent update.

The Yearbook images do differ from the others in that you are given an option to download two images as a zip file, or just a single image, but neither option results in the Save As dialogue appearing, and the images do not download anywhere.

This is a very strange issue, but maybe someone familiar with the most recent update could have some insight as to what has been changed that might have this impact.

Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2134), if that makes any difference.

Firefox works fine on every site, except G Mail.com G mail.com On G mail the things works well, but when i try to move a e-mail or delete him, Firefox does it, but doesn't return to the primary and G mail site.

The others G mail things works fine on all the other functions, and initiate well on Chrome, Opera and others internet navigators.

PS: It only happens after the last Firefox update.

I have always had this option with Chrome and other browsers. But I can't find this feature in the latest version of FF.

I want to disable images on specific websites, not all websites. I examined my address bar and there's no option there at all when I'm the specific site I want to block images and/or media.

Hi, I recently changed computers and all my data is gone, no bookmarks, settings, history, nothing. Is there a way to know if firefox made a new account using the same email that i used before? Are firefox settings and bookmarks stored on the account? Please help everything is gone and i have no idea how to fix it.

The latest version installed and is issuing many virus warning messages whenever I start Firefox. It keeps telling me to activate my virus software but it is already running and I have done scans to try to verify my system but all seems well. I have also booted my system from a virus recovery CD (created on a separate system) and scanned my hard disks, again all was clean. I have attached a screenshot of two of the messages for you to see. I have installed Chrome to try and see what is happening but, although it does not issue and messages, it seems to have problems too? Microsoft Edge seems to work OK but I hate it. Please help?
