After downloading Firefox browser from my organizations toolbox on my new enterprise Macbook Pro, I logged in using my email address, but my password was not recognized. After resetting my password and successfully logging in, none of my previous data is available. Is there a way to find this data from my last back up? I do have my Mozilla recovery key.

I have four active Firefox windows, each with quite a few tabs. I have been closing and re-opening Firefox with no issue until today. Earlier this week I updated my Mac OS to Ventura 13.5, and Firefox was still operating normally after the installation (closing and re-opening with all windows and tabs intact).

Today however, when I restarted Firefox, no windows opened automatically. I closed and restarted a few times, and finally one window opened intact; however the other three windows (still dispalyed on the "Windows" menu) refuse to open. When I look at my Firefox app on my iPhone, it also shows all the tabs intact.

What can I do to get these to open? I am running Firefox version 115.0.3.

1. When I click on the Firefox "password manager" it takes me to "install Firefox". Is Firefox one in the same?

2. How is the Firefox password manager different from RoboForm?

Hello, today i had weird FF behavior, for while i was browsing i have got BSOD. When i have analyzed the minidump file it says firefox.exe is a reason.

I've been attempting to use FIDO2 w/ PIN support to log into Okta. This occurs with a pre-registered security key (Yubikey 5C NFC on most recent firmware) that has a PIN already configured. This key works on all other browsers and devices without trouble. Firefox is unresponsive to Yubikey interaction after the notice "Touch your security key to continue with <company>.okta.com" and will eventually time out if I do not cancel.

On the other hand, I can register a new security key on Okta through Firefox on this device. When I go through the registration workflow, Firefox is responsive to all interactions, allowing me to enter my PIN and complete registration.

I have been able to replicate this issue on other computers and with a different user / security key.

Hey every time i go to Facebook it keeps going super slow and continues to display the prompt bar where it says this page is slowing your browser down. to speed up your browser stop this page.... well its every single page. and this is happening to me on a couple of computers. I have cleared cache and cookies. I've turned off enhanced tracking. I've also tried opening in a private window and still the same thing.

Since the last upgrade Firefox regularly crashes. It becomes very slow then none of my tabs I may have open will load. Task manager tells me I have up to 27 firefox items running sometimes using huge amounts of CPU

while beeing on facebook most of the post i see are in french ,and i set the the language in spanish ...also on ebay,the info showed in the articles have a similar error....it shows them in french and the prices on euros,and i use dollars it happened since the last browser update....i tried both pages in Opera or Edge and they show those in spanish...no problem with them

I encountered a Problem since the last update. When watching a Video on Youtube, the Playback is flashing, especially on green and red colors. I did see some People mention a similar issue years ago, so I followed the same troubleshooting by disabling Hardware acceleration and all extension. So recently I made a purchase via a website with my credit card. Was a one time purchase and I want the credit card data to be deleted, but it keeps auto filling the form even after I deleted all cookies, browser history, cache and everything else. I searched forums that there is auto-fill credit card & address options but only in US and Canada and I am in Europe.

How do I delete this data stored in Firefox since it keeps auto-filling it even after I contacted the billing support to delete my information.

When I open Firefox on my Windows computer the Icon appears in the taskbar below the page, and the app is open, but not window opens and appears on my screen. I have to right click the icon in the taskbar and click the app again to get the window to appear. Can you help me find out the cause of this issue?

2 days ago I had all my bookmarks perfectly in my browser and today when I opened firefox today, all my bookmarks were just gone without a trace, this never happened before at all, and even when I uninstalled firefox and reinstall it the bookmarks would still be there, how can I get them back?

I've been facing this problem while i try to download something from internet. I am trying to set firefox to ask me every time where to download the file. But firefox automatically downloads it on desktop and opens the file. I know i'm supposed to select "Always ask you where to save files" but I see no radio button beside the option "Save files to". I've attached a screenshot of my options menu. Is there any solution? My firefox is updated to latest version (115.0.3 64 bit)

When I log into my TD financial account, I always now get the message "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit", and I crash out of my site. I will even sometimes get the message when I log out. What's going on? When I log into my TD account using Microsoft Edge, I don't have this problem. After years using Firefox with no issues, now I have this these last few days. What's going on?
