I'm having trouble with the internet on the desk top which is not working so i opened my lap top. Every 30 seconds Firefox message box pops up asking to open, why? i don't have the WiFi working until next month sometime.

Since the latest upgrade to 111.0.1 i am unable to copy and paste passwords from IT Glue.

IT Glue has a button to copy details to clipboard and when I do a paste I get [object promise]

Recently I can no longer log into Houzz from Firefox. Previously I've accessed Houzz from Firefox for many years without any problem. I contacted Houzz and they recommend using Google Chrome, and logging into Houzz from Chrome is no problem. But I am a devoted Firefox user. Any suggestions? Thank you!

badges i keep getting badges in my posts. i try delete them there not deleting them. says its broken when i do but it allowd these badges to add them selves to my other real messages. no matter what i do all it does is add them to my files and ids. i getting over run with them cant delete them. i will go back to chrome and other browsers i have also in my comp. from original package. its running i will swap it all over to them soon. my place is filling up no idea if there viris or not scence i cant delete them. they work there way into my regular programs. thanks

A website that I use normally displays a graph of my variable as a function of time, but it has recently ceased to display the graph. Other data is available in a normal manner on that website. The graph displays when I access the website via Safari (which I rarely use). The uploaded sample images are from Safari and from Firefox. I have enabled pop-ups for that website on Firefox, and I believe I have enabled cookies for that site. Javascript is enabled on Firefox. I can't identify the nature of the problem with Firefox. I am using iMac Pro with OS 12.6 for both. Thanks for any advice.

Stuck with an issue. Need your help. Tried all the documented troubleshoot options - like refreshing, disabling hardware acceleration, Recommended Performance, troubleshoot mode, etc.

New installation. Worked fine. Logged into Firefox Account for Sync. Since then, High CPU usage even with no tabs open. No clue why.

Still stuck on 35%-50%-60% CPU usage with just one tab. And just a new blank tab!

The profiler report, if can be decoded in laymen terms, as to what activity is causing so much CPU usage, will be of immense help.

My history kinda crashed.

When clicking "History" on left top corner its empty. I know that the data still somewhere exists because after I click Ctrl+H the side bar appears and there is whole history. But I can't reach it traditionally as before. I'm afraid my history can disappear and I want two things:

1 make my history come back to the normal place (the list on left top corner) 2 make a backup history file somewhere

Every time I use Firefox instead of saying United States at the bottom it's United Kingdom. How do I change this to show that I'm in the States rather than in the UK? I'm using the latest version for Windows 10 which is Version 111. There are sites that are blocked due to it erroneously showing that I'm in the UK not the US...

Firefox version 111.01 (64bit). I use a desktop PC and WIN 10. Since the recent update, I am unable to open Yahoo Mail consistently. I had trouble this morning and finally it opened. I closed it and tried to open it again but it wouldn't open. THIS IS THE ERROR MESSAGE:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

This is a SERIOUS PROBLEM for me. I must be able to access my email. Please repair.

I use an accessibility extension that modifies text to make it more readable, but I can't seem to make it work in reading mode. I'm aware there are some built in settings in reading mode, however these are not enough for me.

I am trying to install Firefox on a new computer but I keep getting stuck on the confirmation code that is supposed to be sent to my email address. I have not received the code after several attempts. I have been waiting for about 30 minutes. I have checked my spam folder and I have added accounts@firefox.com as a safe sender. I have to get this installed soon so I need help right away. Thanks

Reinstalled windows on my computer and installed firefox just now. Done this procedure multiple times, not new to me. What is however new, is that firefox seemingly wiped my complete backup from my account in Firefox sync, theres nothing left and obviously I did not create a manual backup of all my Firefox data because I already did this procedure 5-10 times in the past.

I am absolutely furious right now, its not just the saved pages, many of which are needed for work, but also the countless number of saved login details.

I need help desperately right now before I completely uninstall everything Firefox related and never touch it again.

My bookmarks in Firefox are there, but when I type in the name of the site I have bookmarked, they do not go to that site. Same with the tags for bookmarked sites. The bookmarks are there, but when I type in the address bar, they do not come up.

Hello Firefox, I have an online account with First Direct Bank (UK) but I have difficulty in making a connection over this browser. The laptop is an Asus which has been reliable with that connection until a few months ago. The browser is Version 111.0.1 with automatic updates, using Duck-duck Go as the search engine. It finds the Bank's webpage without difficulty (as it does with everything else). What is supposed to happen then is the Bank's webpage offers a question regarding acceptance of using their cookies. However this question frequently does not appear thus, the webpage will not respond. This is usually the case during the working day, yet it seems to be satisfactory during the evening. An alternative laptop using Firefox & Duck-duck Go does receive the Cookies question and subsequent access at all times.

I have discussed this situation with the Bank IT staff but their reply is that their system is working correctly and to try Google Chrome instead. That does work OK but I am not keen to use it for various reasons.

All suggestions that will hopefully resolve this snag will be gratefully received.
