в моменте браузер перестал запускаться , я люблю твикать и оптимизировать виндовс подумал дело в ней , но переустановил виндовс скачал обновления виндовс и начал по одному шагу оптимизировать и делать настройки виндовс , по итогу настроил точно так же как и раньше , но браузер работал , скачал античит фейсит и перестал работать , сейчас переустановил виндовс не настраивал вообще только скачал браузер и античит фейсита и браузер перестал запускаться выдавая ошибку

I cannot get into Firefox due to an error message that keeps coming up. Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling it, but it didn't really uninstall completely. I have tried a few suggestions from online, which didn't work. I also tried right clicking on the Firefox symbol and went into some of the different options, but nothing worked for me.

I had been using the Mozilla Firefox VPN for a few weeks, but now it will not launch. I sign in without a problem but when I click on the VPN icon on the toolbar, nothing happens. I just get the pop-up to try the VPN and "Get Started" (see attachment).

Please advise.

When starting firefox I had 5 windows open. After a MAC notebook restart, I tried to open firefox and then the five pages showed to disapear when I clicked on one - nothing can be seen. On the firefox icon I cannot do anything other than look at "About firefox" to learn that it is up to date. I have no idea what to do to get it started again ... thank you so much for any guidance here

In my org - ever since the release of Firefox 146 - each time an update is rolled out on a WIndows 11 endpoint - Firefox is no longer able to launch.

This is resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the client. We've had no issues with the ESR release in my testing.

What changed? Anyone else experiencing this?

I had our security team take a look at the antivirus - they've confirmed we aren't blocking Firefox and they did not see any block reports.

No relevant policy changes have gone through around the time of the incident. Initially I suspected users were installing Firefox ESR from the Company Portal alongside the standard release - but confirmed this is not the case. Also ruled out browser extensions - error persisted across a config without any extensions.

Please let me know if there is troubleshooting info I can collect. I included info from my own browser, but I reinstalled on the 27th and it has been working since. However, it has broke specifically on the days new releases have come out.

I got so frustrated with not being able to reinstall Firefox because I kept getting the error message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible". So I deleted all the profiles after copying them to an external hard drive. Then I copied the file ending in.test from the Old Firefox data folder on my desktop to the AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/ profile. Then I copied the biggest file ending in .default from the backed up Local profiles to the AppData/Local/Mozilla/Firefox/ profile. It doesn't matter if I delete or keep the Old Firefox data folder on my desktop, I still get the Profile Missing error message. What can I do, so my laptop would appear as if it had been powered up straight out of the box and never had Firefox initially installed or what do I do with my profiles to make them accessible?

By Firefoxwss working great the last time I used it it is the primary search engine for my iPhone 17 as well as my Mac however, when I loaded it today it the screen just said blank. All of my bookmarks are on Firefox. How do I get this fixed quickly? I am, right now being edited. I’m sitting here looking like a fool because I chose to use Firefox rather than Safari or Google. First question they ask me why are you using Firefox. And then, of course, Firefox /x I/ dies all of my bookmarks are on Firefox. Firefox will not open! I have used Firefox for the last nine years. Never had a problem until today when I needed it not to have a problem.

Dell installed a command update and immediately afterwards, Firefox would no longer open, either from the taskbar icon or from settings/apps. I just get a couple of seconds of the blue cycle icon and then nothing, no error message, just nothing. I did download/install repeatedly but I don't get beyond the download screen - as soon as it's 100% downloaded, that's it, no welcome window, nothing. Thanks

Bus error firefox $ echo $? 135 ``` Sometimes it can be started but not stable Maybe the problem is: problem with about:sessionrestore, everytime I open it, I can see about:sessionrestore page for short, and when it can start up (sometimes in troubleshooting mode), after choose a option, browser crash, and if I open another tag and close it, browser runs as normal.
