I am using 147 ESR and when I go to permissions and block all cookies for the site plex.tv the cookies are not blocked. If I go to the URL field and select the lock, it shows "clear cookies and site data" which means the cookies have being accepted.

Why are the cookies accepted from the site when I have set cookies "blocked"

I tried to purchase something on Amazon. When trying to log into my Amazon account it asks to perform 2Fa on my mobile or use a pass key. But neither option responds and Firefox is completely locked up - cannot tab, select menu options etc. I have to use the Apple Mac Force Quit screen to kill it. But when I open Firefox again, the same tabs appear and it's still locked up on the Amazon screen. Cannot use Firefox at all now, forced to use Chrome. How can you reset FF. so that it just opens a new screen?

I use Firefox on all of my computers and they all have a plus sign next to an open tab to open a new tab, but on this computer I have to right click on the 5tab bar to open a new tab - how can I get the plus sign to show for easy tab opening?

You did a new mozilla today and my bookmarks and bookmark tool bar are gone everywhere. How do I get back to profile yesterday 2/10/2026. It deleted my settings in TOOLs, Settings. Especially in security, how I want my home screen to look. This is horrible. Help.

After the last update, I have lost all of my bookmarks!! Why? I am really upset about this. Least of all, this is not acceptable. I had some really important websites in my saved bookmarks that I needed, now I am at square-one. I am not a happy camper. Leave our settings alone.....!! Now, is there any way to get our bookmarks back? What do we do? I really need help - any help, please...... Thank you.

I use Firefox for genealogy research because it always keeps track of which pages I've previously accessed since their hyperlink will change color. Today, I ran Microsoft's PC Manager software and it suggested clearing the cache of Chrome and Edge. For some reason it also must have cleared the cache of Firefox since the previously accessed hyperlinks are no longer a different color. Since I had a created a restore point this morning before installing PC Manager, I restored the system to that point. Following the restore, Firefox would not open so I re-installed it from the website. I had previously backed up the profile folder and so copied that to the new profile folder of the fresh install. My bookmarks and history seem to be fine but I still don't see a color difference in the previously accessed hyperlinks. Any suggestions on how to get them back would be greatly appreciated.

After it updated to 147.0.3 it says that it is not compatibile with miniversion 147.0.2 nor with maxiversion 147.0.2. It suggests re installing (done) so can now at least access Mozilla again but still says at varying times not compatible etc. It is Windows 10 Any suggestions?

Firefox closes my window too fast-feels like after seconds of inactivity. Can I extend to 5 or 10 minutes? I live alone so o no one is going to run in here and get on my computer when I get up to let the dog out.

Hi, When I click on a link in ANY email, it says " Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at omxj86ebb.cc.rs6.net. If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

I know I did something to make my computer more secure, but don't remember. Please help! THANK YOU!

some items are large, some items are TINY. I have tried resetting my display setting scale, but the url bar, the menu where are my open tabs, the bookmarks toolbar, and some other things re TINY.

Using Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS with Firefox 147.0.3 (64-bit)

Firefox crashes when trying to access any banking website. Can get to the login page, but then firefox crashes and a crash report window comes up with quit or restart option. This has been going on since shortly after upgrading from 22.04 Ubuntu. Started with Firefox 147.0.1 and after upgrading to 147.0.3 did not fix the issue.

Started Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode and that works when going to the bank login page. Using Standard Theme and only extensions Windscribe - Free Proxy and Ad Blocker and DuckDuckGo. Disabled both and same result of crashing om bank log in pages.

I run Windscribe VPN through my separate subscription, but it doesn't matter if it is on or not. Banking websites (Keybank, Kinecta, Capital Group) still crash Firefox

Also crashes when trying to access Excellus BCBS log in page. Most other websites (news, sports, Amazon) are fine.

Searches on your support page yields ) results.

Please advise!!!
