I recently went to charity websites to make a donation, but it does not go through. I put in credit card information, but the 'donate' button does not respond. I tried more than one credit card.

I have a user at my job that installed the latest Firefox update (13324.11.21) through our MDM. After installing this update she cannot launch Firefox. When attempting to launch she receives a request for a username and password to install a Helper Tool. She is an admin on her machine and enters her credentials. The message closes and nothing happens. When attempting to launch again the same thing happens. This is not happening with our other 100 Macs who have the same Firefox version and others who have the same OS.

Is anyone able to tell me why this is happening or how to fix? Any assistance is very much appreciated.

The below troubleshooting steps have been done:

Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox

Updated the OS to 15.0.1

Disabled the Master Password on Firefox through a Mac Profile

Checked if there was a Firefox file under /Library/PrivlegedHelperTools

Granted Full Disk Access to Firefox under System Settings

firefox has been eating up all of my monthly data in 10 days for the last 3 months. As far as I know I am not doing anything differently than the previous 3 years. In the past 2 days Firefox has used 1gb of my monthly 10gb. Thanks in advance for your recommendations Ken

I just did a full windows defender scan and it turns out Trojan:Script/Wacatac.H!ml popped up when it was done and it said the files affected were:

containerfile: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.default-release\cache2\entries\InsertHashHere

file: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.default-release\cache2\entries\InsertHashHere->(GZip)

I removed the hashes or whatever they were behind the entries, I was wondering if this was a false positive? I didn't notice any slowed down or hacked accounts, also windows defender quarantined it. I've also reinstalled Firefox and deleted all folders associated with Mozilla in AppData.

My homepage is totally changed now that Bellsouth.net became ATT.net. I can't remove News and SPorts and set my page up the way it was before.email, pro

I recently started having a problem with my banking website. Before I could investigate or report it, Mozilla released a bug fix 1923500 "Firefox 131 Enhanced Tracking Protection major breakage of multiple banks Bill Pay services" I have updated to Firefox 131 however, there may still be a problem, however before I report it I'd like to verify if it's simply that their link is broken. What happens is that it sends me back to the login screen, I navigate to the Payment Inquiry again, click the link... rinse and repeat... in an endless loop. I suspect that the URL is malformed because there is nothing following the "=" sign. I would expect something to follow the equal sign. Is this indeed a bad URL? Should I pursue with my bank? I only ask because is seemed more than a coincidence that this occurred near the same time as bug fix 1923500.

The default Block Audio setting will prevent autoplay for all media with sound. The Block Audio and Video setting will prevent autoplay for all media, including video, even though audio is muted. The Allow Audio and Video setting will allow all media to autoplay.

Background: I've recently (few weeks ago) changed my email address for my firefox account. The original address became a secondary address. Then i deleted the secondary (old address). So i was left with only 1 primary address. Now to the problem - today ive done a fresh windows install and i wanted to recover all my settings and tabs from my synced account. Ive logged in to my mozilla account using the new primary email (as for the old email when i try to log in it says i need to use primary email, so it should be still connected i think, but i can't use it to log in). Now after i logged in (using my new primary email) all my stuff was gone, as if it was a new firefox account. No old device connected, nothing. Ive literally checked my firefox acc today morning (and synced!!) to make sure everything's good and now theres nothing. I still have access to my old email if it helps, nothing bad happened there but i don't know if that helps.

Just installed 18.5.0.0 on Windows. Cannot find a horizontal menu that I have used before. It has many items including "History " which provides a drop down menu that includes "Clear history". Where is this thing? It's hard to locate when you don't know the name of a particular element.

Trying to sync my galaxy S20 5G and MacBook Pro 14 inch 2023. Mozilla instructions tell me to look for an option to sync in the menu, but there is no such option on my version of Firefox on my Galaxy. It says that I have the current version of Firefox for android, but the thinking option is not available on that menu. How do I follow up?
