How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.

Thanks,

Joe

Germany. My address is Helge Fuchs, Marliring 94 , 23566 Luebeck, Germany

My cell phone number is 49 157 3908 9812. Because of the length of the number it does not fit your format and I cannot log onto my accounts.

You can call me for additional information.

Please grant me access to my accounts.

Gratefully

I received an email saying I had not signed in for two years and so would be cancelled. I use Firefox every day, multiple times. I have never seen a request to sign in. I don't even see an option for that on the screen. I have selected for the site to remember my password. Please advise. I created a new password to sign in to this help forum. Firefox for MAC
