I am currently testing the new VPN feature in Firefox. I Is noticed that Firefox always starts with this integrated VPN being off. I searched but I didn't find any way to have it always on when launching VPN. Is that possible?

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the built-in Firefox VPN feature has completely disappeared from my browser interface. I cannot see the icon on the toolbar, and the feature is not active. Could you please clarify if this feature has been geo-restricted or temporarily disabled for certain regions, or if there is another hidden preference I need to modify to restore it? I'm stuck signing into VPN. My email address is shown when I click on VPN in the menu bar but there's no on/off toggle. I click Get Started, it says "Signed in Successfully! Next: Turn on VPN" — but there's no place to do this. It says "Go to the open panel" – what is an open panel? There's an x in a dark circle next to the VPN in the menu bar. It feels like a continuous loop and I'm getting nowhere – that I can tell.

I want to Cancel my VPN subscription Invoice number 6D299239-0005 dated May 31,2026. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service. I was not even on the computer until just now.

I do NOT want to use ANY VPN services. Since you introduced this, or rather, forced it on me, my browsing experience has been terrible. How do I turn off VPN? There is no VPN icon on my topolbar despite what your instructions say.

I saw the update that you added vpn to firefox, but I can't use it. It doesn't show up in the toolbar anywhere and there are no vpn options anywhere in settings. When I try and create a second profile THEN I get the vpn option but when I click on it it says that I can only use it with the original profile.

hello, i heard that firefox released a free vpn plan, i tried to access it via the toolbar but it asked me to install the app (pic 1), after i installed the app it asked me to select a plan but there isn't a free option (pic 2). the firefox vpn won't allow me to proceed unless i select a plan (pic 3). so how to i get access to the free plan?

Subscription VPN quit working. When I fill out the help request and hit submit, It says "not working, try using a browser". I am in the Mozilla browser. Everything I try brings me back to the same

After update to Firefox 150, and now again after update to Firefox 151.0.1 , I get the message :

I just wanted to say thank you so much for adding the new Firefox VPN toggle. I used to use the google one VPN before they shut it down, and some websites I browse have region specific things I can't use in the US.

Please keep supporting and implementing the Firefox VPN, it greatly improves my experience on Firefox.

i want to try the new vpn option, but i cant see the vpn option in the costumize toolbar options. the help page directing there, but the option itself is not there.
