Hi, recently I encountered a werid popping sound while listining to music on YT. Firstly as I wanted to change my old DAC I swichted to a new one (every reason to buy new stuff is good), but now it is unberable. I spend some hours trying to figure out, watching tutorials etc. disabling all the stuff from device manager, checking if fast boot option is disabled, rolled back drivers, swithed to USB 2.0, disabled all of the extentions etc. etc. (the sound popping was only in youtube, but I figured maybe its due to my hardware or something). However, I found out that clearning cashe works for a couple of minutes, and browsing on incognito tab also works for some time. This leads me to belive that maybe a new updated is somehow messing it up, or google really wants me to use chrome. Any advice would be helpfull. Thanks

Newly restored Lenovo factory image. 2 pieces 3rd party sw: Atlas (v0.4.1 9Oct2024) and Firefox 133.0. Windows 10 22H2, no updates pending, Edge / Cortana / CoPilot removed (by Atlas).

FF sync account is recognized, sends auth code to email, when enter code, get the: "Bad Request Something went wrong. Please close this tab and try again." at each attempt.

Oddly, I have 2FA enabled, and have not been queried for its code. Perhaps that is where process is failing?

Another Lenovo machine, M710Q 1TB 16GB Windows 22H2 with Atlas, Firefox 133.0 and a slew of 3rd party software and updates is running just fine. Am able to sync / manipulate account as needed, FF Relay, etc.

Suggestions / tips before I nuke the M920Q and start from scratch again?

I have been paying my bills online using Mozilla, but the last few months, have not been able to log into some of the credit card & utilitiy sites, it just sits there with a spinning wheel forever. If I go to a different browser, I can log right in & pay my bills. I don't know if it is something I am doing wrong or a setting that has to be changed somewhere or something else. In earlier versions of Firefox for desktop, one had the option of selecting a set of websites to open in tabs on startup. I no longer see that option. Is it still possible to do so? Thanks

A while back I noticed that my google calendar no longer sends reminders to my gmail (or rather, I suspect, gmail does not receive them). Yesterday I missed an important meeting because of this, so I want to get to the bottom of it. I verified that the reminders are properly set in my calendar, so I have to assume that they are going out. The pop-up windows do pop, so I assume that it is not on the calendar side. I also noted that calendar.google.com and gmail.google.com have the proper permissions to send pop-ups and notifications to gmail, which indicates to me that this end of the equation is working. (Don't know how to isolate the error further, though.) It seems that the Firefox settings need to be changed somehow. Any ideas?

Normalement Firefox devrait revenir sur la page précédemment affichée, et non la première page. Pour information Edge et Chrome respecte cette logique. Merci

I'd like to take a full-page screenshot of my content within my Canvas/Instructure online class, but it only captures what's visible. I've tried opening the frame in its own tab, but it doesn't help.

When I use my phone to capture the entire page, it can work, but it's so narrow! Plus I have to continuously tap the "Scroll Down" button for the capturing process to capture more and more.

Can anyone please help? Thanks.

I'm setting up a new Mac with Sonoma 14.7.1. with Firefox 133.0 (UK English).

Normally my basic zoom setting is 133% with the 'zoom text only' box UNchecked. This has always worked in the past but the settings no long 'stick' and need a reset every time Firefox is restarted.

Firefox is installed in the admin account and I'm running as user, although this has not been a problem in the past.

Is this a known bug or is there a workround for it? All help & suggestions appreciated.

I'm wondering if someone can help me with an issue I'm having with the Firefox autofill function. Which has just stopped working.

Absolutely a first world problem BUT its super irritating as now I have to manually input card details when I purchase anything online. And as I purchase materialS all the time for work it's v laborious...

I'm on a Macbook Air 2020 M1 and just updated it to OS 14.6.1.

Firefox def seems to remember my various card details as they pop up on the form fields; but then disappear as soon as I try and select the one I want to use?

Ive poked around in Settings but toggling on & off / resetting etc doesn't seem to make any difference.

Any advice gratefully welcomed ;)

Witam, Mam problem z załącznikami, po zeskanowaniu dokumentów, załączeniu ich na moją pocztę i próbie podglądnięcia czy odpowiedni załącznik dodałem do wiadomości wyświetlają mi się czarne strony zamiast stron które załączyłem. Czy mogę prosić o pomoc?

I have started to use the vertical tab layout because the ability to collapse the tab bar gives a lot of extra screen space to work with on my laptop. I like to be able to split my screen between different apps to work with.

When I try to split screen Firefox with vertical tabs enabled the window cannot be resized down to a little more than half the width of my screen. So it has to take up a just little more than half my horizontal screen space. Even though I can collapse the tab bar to see the page.

Is there a way I can circumvent the unnecessary horizontal window resize limit when vertical tabs is enabled?

Bonus question: When I do reduce horizontal window size it hides the button to collapse and open the sidebar. So I lose a lot of essential control. Is there a way to pin it so it won't disappear no matter what?

For starters, I'm using Firefox 133.0 (64-bit), Windows 10, Logitech Trackman Marble Mouse (and I've used this mouse forever and a day)

In ONLY Google Messages for web, the vertical scrollbar is skinny and doesn't work well. I have to click above it and then it's hit or miss if it will scroll.

I have NO issues with any other website so far. In Chrome and Brave browsers I have no issues with Google Messages. It seems this is uniquely a Firefox with Google Messages issue.

I'm curious if there is a way to fix this. One time for grins, I right clicked the scroll bar and selected Inspect. I was able to figure out how to widen the scrollbar and that helped; however, it was only for that session. I did not see a way to "save" those changes.

PS: This mouse does NOT have a scroll wheel. Using a mouse WITH a scroll wheel works. But then again, with my Logitech marble mouse I depend on the scroll bars and have no issues with any other website. Thanks.
