Здравствуйте, из-за отсутствия места на диске ВЕСЬ МОЙ БРАУЗЕР ОТКАТИЛСЯ. У меня остались папки с профилями. Но когда я их загружаю, браузер говорит, что профиль не доступен. Что мне делать? На скриншоте папки из профиля. Мне хотя бы пароли восстановить...

then it advised: "Clear your browser’s cache and try again. If you believe this to be erroneous, please contact the site owner citing the Event ID indicated above and provide a description of what you were doing before you were denied access."

Now, acting upon that advice, I've cleared my Firefox browser cache, but problem remains.

So, may I request that Mozilla remove (or a kind person help me to remove) my IP from blacklist? Thank you.

Spell out what you want as I personally have no clue.I am 90 years old so what do you want .?, Should I just ignore these requestsd instead , as I have no idea what more to do... When you are 90 I wondder if you understab][nd the request to update. All I use my computer is for personal use only

My account won't sync my old passwords and browser history. I recently reinstalled windows and when I tried to sign in to my mozilla account my data wasn't there.

Using Firefox ESR 115.30 in Windows 7 Ultimate, I routinely open multiple tabs, then, at the end of the day or session I'll bookmark them all into a new folder and close them all.

Later, I might return to that folder and choose to open say, 5 of the group. Is there a way to select all 5 (without opening any) and once I've finished selecting them, have all 5 open at once? Rather than just one at a time? So far it seems that I have to open them one by one.

I have lots of bookmarks saved and when I start typing the name of one I'd like it to appear first not after a lot of suggestions that I may or may not find useful.

Why is this not a simple option?

Sometime ago I must have made a typo when entering my email address into a pop-up window in Firefox. Firefox continues to find and use this wrong address in pre-fills but I can't find anyway to correct it. I've worked through Settings/Privacy & Security with no luck. Can someone help please? (Windows 10 Firefox 145.02)

I am receiving messages from my banks that my browser is no longer supported or that I should update my browser but my settings mean Firefox automatically updates. However, I cannot read PDF statements even though I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and, on further investigation, I see that Firefox no longer supports Adobe Reader. I am a fierce supporter of Firefox but does this mean I have to use another browser?

Since around version 96 it seemed some new core changes made to how ff operates. any one care to share what the "big changes" were around that version rollout tldr?

since ver 96 ff became secondary browser. Using to test/isolate issues w/chromium (sigh). Now since ver 132 profile manager opens browser for correct profile everything looks good then 20seconds later ff crashes eorror: Exiting due to channel error

Inspiringly i see this forum is being used still so thought i would see if anyone has ideas what changes btwn ver 96/101 and 132 which may cause this new issue, maybe i can backout the changes and get back to using ff as a secondary backup again ....

IDK about anyone else but i LOOOOONG for the ole days when ff was a daily driver option on linux

When using DuckDuckGo Search I cannot drag and drop the search URL into my Bookmarks. I can drag and drop a Google Chrome search URL into my Bookmarks as usual. Also, the correct URL is not shown for the search using DuckDuckGo. See attached screenshot.

Please resolve.

i have a firefox account on my old windows 10 computer. Firefox is having trouble "finding that site" for some sites I've used for years. I've checked internet settings in Firefox, reset my WIFI router, etc. with no response for connectivity. But I really guess I don't know what or where to check... Thought it was a VPN setting, not fixed. What should I try to find and correct my problem?? Ray ([edited email from public forum])

Apparently downloads of the Firefox browser are tagged with something called dltoken so Mozilla can count unique installations. How do I verify the authenticity of the download since they don't match the untokened hash checksum?

I know downloads off the ftp site won't have the token, but I installed first and then remembered to check later.

And when I say every website is blocked, EVERY website is blocked. Google was blocked. Duck, Duck, Go was blocked. MOZILLA.ORG WAS BLOCKED!!!!! And all for “Potential Security Issues.” My laptop is essentially useless because your fucking program won’t let me connect to ANY website. Im going to have to uninstall it so I can use my computer. Yes, my computer clock is correct. What the actual fuck is going on?
