I recently discovered a problem with an addon I wanted to report. The product page only has an email support link, which opens up MIcrosoft Mail. I prefer not to use it.

Is there any other way to get the developers email address?

Unsure if it really matters, for now, but my firefox account, when I go to edit bits and pieces, it gets my Firefox version correct, but gets my MacOs version wrong. I'm on 12.76 (Monterey), but Firefox is showing me as 10. Is this normal or anything that might matter?

I did use yahoo email for long time but now I want to switch to g mail address for my own protection and will keep my home address and will use my personal information as is not further changes.

I have an issue changing my billing information for Firefox Relay Premium. When I click on "Manage payments" I always get to a web page stating "Invalid billing information". See also screenshot attached. The arrow keeps turning and I cannot select anything on this web page to change my billing method.

Can you please help with the following scenario.

Both, a Firefox sync master account and Firefox Relay extension are active when running the browser.

So, is it possible to change the master email addresses of both features (+ secondary email) ? I would like to use a new email address for authenticating in both features of Mozilla, but do not want to set up new accounts.

How can I do that in Firefox Sync and Relay?

my old email was discontinued kanokla no longer provides the service ,so i got a gmail address and i wish to update my primary but i cant because i need a 6 digit code from my kanokla email which doesnt exist any more.so i cannot update my info because i am working towards installing Linux and i am trying to get everything in order. can you help please my new email is [email removed]@gmail.com

Firefox is sending notifications to an old email address. In my profile, the address is [email 1 removed]@live.be, but I'm receiving notifications at [email 2 removed]@skynet.be. Can you fix this?

I changed email adress 3 month ago and didn't update my Firefox profile. With only that adress registered (no secondary email) I cannot change to a new one or add secondary because a confirmation mail are sent to my old account, that are deleted. Are there any way to change email, add phone number or .... without access to the old email account?
