Firefox was running fine but few days ago, cannot get Firefox to start. Tried to uninstall, reinstall but didn't work. Tried uninstall, shutdown, reinstall and didn't work. Tried profile manager but it would not start so deleted the profile.ini file. Still won't start. When I look at Task manager, no processes for Firefox are running. Is there something else I should try to get working or should I just not use anymore?

For the past couple of weeks I've been unable to download apps or PDFs or other files from the WWW. I thought the problem may have been Firefox so I uninstalled it. Now I am unable to download & re-install it!!

I click on the DOWNLOAD button and nothing happens.

I'm using macOS MONTEREY 12.6.3

I am trying to install Firefox on a new computer but I keep getting stuck on the confirmation code that is supposed to be sent to my email address. I have not received the code after several attempts. I have been waiting for about 30 minutes. I have checked my spam folder and I have added accounts@firefox.com as a safe sender. I have to get this installed soon so I need help right away. Thanks

Microsoft messed up the latest Firefox update. I had to re-install Firefox from the app store on Win11. I thought id would be a simple task of logging into my account. But all my setting appear to have been lost; home tabs, bookmarks, add-ons, etc. I have tried to sync from the settings menu and no different. The previous firefox install is still on the laptop but does not start.

Any ideas? I have searched everywhere I can think of and an hour later coming here. The bookmarks still appear on my phone at present.

I recently had to have my iMac restored and lost the version of the FireFox that I was using. It opened with the BBC news filling the screen. Is it possible to do this with the latest version? I lost Bookmarks to??

The file you are supposed to download on page "https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/content/146849" gives a webpage with trash, where it should open the download window . I know it's Firefox because I tried downloading that file via Opera browser and that succeeded . Dowloading zip files from the Xerox website gave no problem, only DEB files .

Hello dear company, I have been having trouble downloading and opening files from the PTC WindChill console through your browser since a certain update of yours released sometime last year. I download a file that cannot be opened or is corrupted. I am sending the relevant files in the attachment. I would send you the files I downloaded, but your form doesn't allow it. I had to synch my bookmarks and passwords though some didnt synch. do I have to do the whole process all over again? and what do I do with the old version, delete it after I re install V 110?
