The financial website I use to pay my bills online has been giving me a message the last 4 - 6 weeks that my browser, Firefox 61.0.1, has 'Cookies are blocked'. I can view everything else on the (secure) site fine without any issue except this screen. I have gone into the Privacy and Security section of the browser's Options and verified the Cookies portion matches everything you list in your Help Guide when I search for this issue.
This website has 4 tabs for the various services and 1 of them is listed as 'Payments'. Nested under this particular tab is Bill Payments with (clickable) options of Pay your bills and PopMoney. When I click the Pay your bills link I get a screen that says -
Cookies are blocked. Cookies are blocked. We noticed your browser doesn’t allow cookies. To access Bill Pay, you must change your browser settings. After you complete your changes, close your browser, reopen it, and sign in again.
I assume the credit union must have changed something on their site since I never had this error before. I have had to fall back to using IE 11 when I need to access this option on their site.

Hi, A long time ago it was possible to move up and down in the address bar drop down menu, I mean to actually see name of the website and all the addresses at the same time. For me it's much easier to decide what it is exactly I'm looking for when I can see the icon of the website, the name of the website, and the address at the same time. If I scroll down now, after 21 addresses (I think I used some kind of fix to have more than the original number of addresses listed) the address changes at the top of the browser, but the blue highlight disappeares from view. I've added an image, maybe that makes my problem clearer. (The address in the address bar is actually the 22nd or so address in the drop down menu, you can just see part of the blue highlight at the very bottom, on the right.) It has been quite a few years, I think, since this feature was taken away during an update, but maybe there's a way to fix it. Thanks!

Hello! iMac/Mavericks/Firefox 61.0.1 Since ± 10 updates ago, some sites don't open with the usual images (see screenshot nr. 1), but instead a vertcal blue list of catagories (see screenshot nr. 2). This problem only excists in Firefox. not in other browsers. What I did: Started Firefox without the add0ns/Checked by config etc as advised by Firefi=ox help/deleted cookies of the involved sites.Nothing worked. What might be the solution? I thank you in advance! All the best, Reinaart.

I ran firefox refresh. Afterward, bookmarking doesn't seem to be working at all. I click on the "star" icon to bookmark the webpage but it never copies the web address over to the "see all bookmarks". Also, I tried to restore my bookmarks from a backup and when I clicked on any one of the numerous backup dates, I got the error message "unable to process the backup file".

I usually have several windows open and each has quite many tabs. But quite often I want to move a tab from one window to other. It works fairly by dragging the tab to the tab bar of the other window, but is very finicky and way too often(25%?) I miss the tab tab and it instead opens a new window with the tab and I then have to repeat the operation and that is kind of frustrating. I have never used the drag to open new window functionality on purpose.
So is there a setting or extension that always forces the opening of dragged tabs as tabs of the destination window instead of opening a new window regardless of the target area?
I have tried looking but have not found such.

Almost 3 weeks ago I wanted a password manager, so I researched and d/l LastPass. Installed in Win 8.1, then discovered it should have been added on to FF as an add-on Extension, so I did that too. Immediately I began having slowness problems. Just loading any web page took upwards of 2 minutes. What I typed wouldn't show up for about 45 seconds and was insane when I tried to correct typos. I uninstalled it from Win. It still worked after that! I removed it from FF. I searched out pieces that remained on my hard drive and deleted them. I defragged and ran diagnostic scans, etc. Both problems improved slightly. Now it's just in Facebook that the typing buffer is excruciatingly slow, as are loading any pages on the Interwebs.
Today I disabled all (5?) of my add-on Extensions. The problems were *almost* solved by that. But not completely. What else can I do, please? And do I just have to live without those add-ons I liked? (AdBlocker, SFx - Social Fixer for FB). Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.

I've uploaded a couple pictures to flickr and they are displayed darker than in other browsers, photoshop, irfanview, xnview etc. This also happens if I open the image directly. I save all my pictures in sRGB with ICC profile embedded. If I change gfx.color_management.mode to 0 it displays correctly but I'd like it to display correctly with the standard setting if possible as I have the same problem on my other PC (and therefore possibly on others too?). Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

A youtube page for example is loaded for approximately 20 seconds and every time i se under the player an HTML script not responding massage. Some pages don't load properly at all... example: https://ibb.co/d9pdJd Yesterday the browser crashes from nothing while i was writing an email.
I uninstalled it, cleaned any leftover files... Reinstalled it and this happened:
How should look this page - https://ibb.co/kLfcdd
What firefox loaded - https://ibb.co/nBhery
Also i liked that the older version (v52) didnt consumed alot of ram but now... Oh man if you open more than 3 tabs say good bye to 3 gb ram.
I doubt that i'm the only one with those problems... And im sick of scrolling over the internet in search of fix, patch or at least reason. What a shame... Just un f**king believable devs...
Unfortunately I'm forced to find a better and more stable browser.

Firefox was working fine but after recent W10 update, Firefox opens a blank white page. Minimising and re-maximising opens home page tabs but none of the links work and clicking on tabs doesn't work, everything frozen. I can (sometimes) click on options and restart in safe mode, which works just fine.
Have uninstalled and re-installed, no add-ons, no luck. Have tried deleting Firefox installation folders and re-installing from fresh, I've even tried deleting all folders including profile data and re-installing completely fresh, so I reckon there is something in the registry not happy.
Firefox works just find on another much older laptop and desktop.

Hi, I get the infamous SEC_ERROR_UNKNWON_ISSUER error on mail.google.com, support.mozilla.org and others but the weird thing is that certificates look legit. In fact any employee of my company is having it since months and across various versions.
I have checked the antivirus but it does not looks like it's the cause. I'm currently running Firefox 61.0.1 on Windows 10 17134. The only special thing in that network is that there is a proxy cache but it does not do any nasty thing on https, and the weird thing is that Firefox on Linux don't get the error. On Windows I also tried to not configure proxy in Firefox and using system's one but it fixes nothing. I also tried to delete the SiteSecurityServiceState.txt file but it fixes nothing.
Basically, users can browse the web correctly, then around 18:00 or 19:00 on UTC+2 (but perhaps it's just an special amount of hours after they started Firefox when they arrived at morning) large https websites (gmail and others) stop to work. For some unknown reason our own website using letsencrypt certificate still works.
If users turn Firefox off and on again it solves the problem and users are workarounding this bug every day since months this way but I'm looking for a real and definitive fix.
I copy paste there some certificates I get when I click the SEC_ERROR_UNKNWON_ISSUER link:
