He can get to mailfence.com just fine. Can you please help with this issue. Comcast has declined to provide any help. Thanks.........Bob Horning

I have a network connection, but apparently Firefox may no longer have "permission to access to the web". I'm sure this is wrong because I can still access pretty much everything in the normal way, including other government sites, such as Social Security, using the Login.gov portal, though mypay is not listed as 'connected.'
What happened, and how do I fix it? Also, the error message says that I should "Check that Firefox has permission". How do I do that?
Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site.

The connection has timed out
The server at eofficepwd.kerala.gov.in is taking too long to respond.
* itemThe site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.
Tor project indicates Firewall and Proxy block internet/network. Not crystal clear on step by step settings. Can you clarify?

I had a proxy set manually before and it was working just well, after I updated firefox it stopped asking for username password for my proxy and I keep getting no network error on every website I check. I also reentered the proxy data again and checked somethings in the about:config page to be true but still doesn't work.

I am on a MacBookPro running MacOS 15.5.
My FireFox automatically updated to 139.0.4 on June 10th. Since then, my ability to access the internet with FireFox only has been intermittent - I can connect for a variable number seconds and then it disconnects for minutes or hours. I have no problems connecting to the internet with Chrome or Safari, or with other applications. My perusal of the forums leads me to believe that it is the latest update that is causing the problems.
Has anyone experienced this problem and/or does anyone have a fix? Thanks in advance.

I'm curious and play with Node-Red a lot.
Just now I am playing with the `http-request` to explore web pages.
I press the `F12` key and the tools pop up and I go through some basic things.
I see/get just about nothing. See pic (Don't know to make it inline.) But the name says it all.
So I've pressed the `F12` key, clicked on the NETWORK and REFRESHED the page.
Now with Chrome.
Whole different set of stuff.
Someone - please. What's going on? I'm not understanding the huge difference with how things are shown.

Since I updated my MacBook to macOS Sequoia, I have no access to local network pages (except 127.0.0.1, localhost and 192.168.0.1) - an "Unable to connect" error appears. Immediately after the first launch of Firefox, a request for local network permissions appeared, which I accepted, but it didn't help. I performed all the actions from this article, and also used the terminal command reset All approval status for org.mozilla.firefox and Firefox disappeared from the privacy settings. While a request for access to the microphone and camera reappeared after restarting the browser, no question about the local network appeared. The problem only occurs in Firefox (version 128.5.2esr) and does not appear in other browsers (checked in: Firefox Developer Edition, Firefox Nightly, Safari and Google Chrome). macOS 15.1.1 (24B91).
