Hi,

I'm not sure what has happened but my Firefox browser no longer plays Amazon Prime Videos; quite simply the "play video" links don't work. I've played with the DRM settings, refreshed Firefox via the support options, and have installed the latest version of the browser. I'm running a Win10 desktop. Netflix works fine and Amazon Prime Video works fine through MS Edge, but I can't figure this one out. Does anyone have any suggestions that I could try?

Every time I try to play music on Spotify I get this message and I tryed everything in the book to fix it. Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page. Please try again later. nothing seems to work. how can this be fixed?

When I watch Amazon and Netflix videos, I am not getting the broadcast I need to get full hd ? I added the problem I experienced in the attachments as a photo.Is there a solution to this problem I am experiencing? I don't want to give up my Firefox browser. Thank you for your answers.

Additional Note: Monitor and HDMI cable I use Full HD Suitable accessories

The error message is 'The widevine CDM plugin has crashed'. I see preferences/ extensions and themes/ plug ins and it seems like the widevine CDM plug-in was automatically updated, what should I do. Please I tried every setting, its urgent, help me please ?

For days I was noticing that, after exiting sleep mode for at least a couple hours, Firefox would open up with the spinning wheel and would be completely frozen. Frequently I'd have to reboot and re-open in Safe Mode, because it wouldn't force quit. Then I'd disable the plugins when I had it open. But eventually I had to re-activate this plugin in order to stream content. I don't know 100% if this is causing the problem. Is anyone else having issues with this plugin and if so, is there a simple way to fix/debug?
