I have been using the Bank of America website for many years. I have not made any changes to the settings! With the recent update of Firefox, Bill Payment on the website stopped working and I get:

Why can't I access Bill Pay?

You might have cookies blocked or cross-site tracking prevented. Depending on what browser you're using, check your settings for these terms:

  • Block third party cookies
  • Cookie tracking
  • Cross-site tracking

Since this used to work until the last update, I think that the bug is with Firefox. Also, it works on Edge.

I am a youtube content creator. I often use Pixabay and Pexels to get images or video clips to use in my videos. This worked all the time in the past with Firefox. All of a sudden, with one of the myriad of updates, I click on the download button ... I see the popup for the image size ... click on the download button there ... I see the popup "say thanks" for a brief moment, the "save it where, browse to the spot to save it to" dialog box never appears ... the firefox window goes blank and no download is actually done. Yes, they are added to the allowed sites to do popups. Now I have to go to Brave to do this, but I prefer Firefox. What is the fix?

Right now there is an annoying hybrid Reopen Closed Window or Tab feature on the Ctrl+Shift+T hotkey. But Reopen Closed Window already had the Ctrl+Shift+N hotkey, even prior to this change. I can't find anywhere to change this behavior.

Hopefully this may reach Mozilla Connect maintainers/developers. After posting a topic or a comment in Mozilla Connect, I struggled to find it. Somehow I found out there is a page "My Unmoderated Items", which is not referenced from my account, from main menu or anywhere reachable. Once you know the link or leave it open, it looks fine, but finding the page again is a real struggle.

Would you please add "https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/premod/moderationitemspage/tab/unmoderated:idea" to all relevant menus so that the user can find it easily?

Firefox has a very useful page called Protections Dashboard. However I have noticed that when I clear out Firefox's history (which I do periodically) it will also erase all the data at the Protections Dashboard. Is there a way to configure Firefox so that I can clear out the browser history and still retain the data at Protections Dashboard?

I can access the site using Chrome. Chrome version is 'This computer is using macOS 10.15. Learn more Version 128.0.6613.138 (Official Build) (x86_64)'

I've checked every Firefox setting I can think of, passwords etc. but the site freezes. Please see attached screenshot. Accor tech support say they have no problem at their end.

I'm an author, publishing through KDP since 2022. As a UK resident, I publish initially on amazon.co.uk, after which Amazon sends the ebooks and print books to amazon.com and so forth. However, when I view the books on the US site, they are shown as 'currently unavailable.' This only happens in Firefox. I also use Chrome now and again, and it's fine there. The books clearly are available, because US readers buy them. But clearly I don't want to risk any US Firefox readers thinking they're unavailable, if they have the same problem that I'm having. I raised this with Amazon a while ago, but they said it was nothing to do with them, and must be an issue with my browser. I've recently published the third book in a series, and it's just the same. Any suggestions?

I have a magento 2 website. When I am on my product page viewing a product I have certain products that contain more than one image. An image carousel is supposed to display. It loads correctly on all other browsers(Chrome,IE,Safari, etc) however when I use FireFox it does not load correctly. I think it may have something to do with the cookies. My cookie notification popup does not load on firefox thus the user can not accept the cookies. In the console log I get the following errors. I think it may also have something to do with the Javascript file not being loaded correctly. I have noticed however if I do a hard refresh/reload (ctrl + F5) then the page loads correctly which is why I am assuming the issue is cookie related. On certain products nothing displays and on others it loads two arrows with dots, the arrows do not work to change between images and are displayed in the incorrect place as well as the other images below the main image not loading. Please advise me on how to fix this issue as it is only a FireFox issue and after extensive research I can not find a solution. Below I have attached screenshots showing the correct display twice and then the two errors I am having with no carousel and the incorrect arrows
