I have been getting this error for about a week - absolutelyu no changes have been made to my usual use of the PC and browser. There may have been Firefox/Windows updates installed. I'm not doing anything different to the usual work I do.

I have tried using a new Firefox profile with no cached info carried over, this doesn't solve the problem. I have no extensions or add ons. I do run Avast, but haven't had this problem before.

At some point in the last couple of weeks, I've started running into very frequent crashes running Firefox in the Linux container on my Chromebook. It previously worked well, but is now unusable. I'm now running Firefox version 147.0.3 on Chrome version 144.0.7559.167. This is after I did a clean reinstall of Firefox using flatpak, which didn't help. It seems like it often happens when my mouse hovers over a browser tab or icon (eg account, extensions, hamburger). Other quirky display behaviour, which mayor may not related, is that videos are often not working (eg Youtube, BBC), and various browser windows (eg when selecting Manage Bookmarks, or restarting in safe mode), open a small size-reduced window. First got a msg box from Firefox that my W10 PC had crashed overnite - and I could report it. My PC was back up & looked normal - but when I accessed Firefox the PC crashed - then I got the above error & blue screen and could do nothing on the PC! I restarted again - as long as I DO NOT START FIREFOX - my PC is fine. Help pls! For what it's worth, I happened to open a lot of tabs in Firefox yesterday. Drivers are up-to-date. Vicki

Just updated my MacBook Air to Sequoia 15.7.3. Since that update, Foxfire will open, but when trying to open an article in Foxfire, Foxfire locks up and doesn't wan to shut down even with "force quit." What can I do?

Firefox can't seem to be able to import from Vivaldi. Whether I try, it just always takes on and on until it crashes. I remember it working whenever I tried to import browser data before trying to import from Vivaldi to Firefox.

I've been using Firefox all morning. Now, for some unknown reason, every time I start it up, it immediately crashes Windows. I mean, within 1 second or so. There's no time to do anything. After the fourth crash in a row, I just restarted Windows again. It was humming along happily for 10 minutes or so, and then crashed as soon as I started Firefox. After the first crash, the first thing it did was update, but that didn't fix anything. I'd love to share data with you but I'm forced to use Edge right now.

Trying to download updates from Intel.com and as soon as I click the download button, Firefox just locks up and won't allow me to do anything. I have to basically shut down firfox through task manager to get the browser to work again. I have 139.04 which is the latest update for Firefox

A message to Mozilla if this is a bug how about fixing the problems that some people are having instead of consintration on implementing AI into Firefox as I want a browser that doesn't and isn't link to AI as many other people do as well as some if not most of us are sick to ther back teeth with everything having AI installed with in the programs.

Firefox began crashing a few days ago and has crashed during each log in and use today. Most recently trying to download and print documents. I have disabled all extensions, have text file of the Third=Party modules and Submitted Crash Reports.

Every time I make Firefox full-screen, it immediately crashes and shuts down. I have restarted the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but it still doesn't work.

Firefox version: 139.0.4 (64-bit) OS: Windows 11

I have been having issues where Firefox tab will just crash out for no reason it appears and it happens at random times and once the tab start to crash, and I restore it, it will crash again and again. The only way tog et out of the loop is to restart Firefox.

I have tried: Refreshing/Reset, Clearing Cache and History removing all themes, disabling extensions, disabling my anti virus. Turning off hardware acceleration didn't make any different.

I currently have 2 extensions enabled: uBlock Origin 1.64.0 and Bitwarden Password Manager 2025.5.0

In the about:Crashes I have reported them all and they seem to have the same type of reasons in the Raw data/Minidump which are: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_WRITE EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ

Any help as to what to try next?

Hi, I have a problem of the upto date version of firefox (X64) constantly crashing on Windows 11, 64 bit some time it only stays up & running for just a matter of minutes before closing without warning I can't work out what is causing it, I don't know if it saves a loading log file, updated several times but no noticeable change, still doing it at random.

Why does firefox crash all the time. I can't even get on espn or msn.com. I used to be one of the biggest supporters of firefox Not anymore, it is a horrible useless browser now.

My computer glitched today. Before that I could bring up Firefox and all pages would restore.

Now Firefox comes up and shows one page like a new page. One tab and no other pages appear I had several open when the incident occurred.

Now I get the one page. From the Task Manager window I see the one page and "crashhelper" followed by several Firefox icons (all appearing to be using memory) but none of them are displaying any pages on my display.

My question is about lack of functionality (Topic) but it is not listed in the selections above!

I selected Accessibility because I cannot access any of the tasks shown below the "crashhelper" because none of these pages are displyed

I got this new Chromebook, and now I'm having issues using YouTube. When I select a video to watch, a message pops up at the top saying "To play video, you may need to install the required video codecs." I am able to watch the video I selected anyhow, with some minor issues with the picture and its frames I believe, however, when I try to watch a different video, it does not work. Sometimes it will play for a short bit, but will then stop, and start buffering. When I then refresh the page, the video will not play and will only buffer. I am not sure what to do, and if this is an issue with the browser, or the device itself, please help?

Samsung Frame 85" 2023 with GTX 1050Ti GPU, HP G4 SFF, i5-8500, Win 11 Pro 26100.3194

TV signal, and audio cuts out (black screen) when using mouse arrow to drag scroll in side bar. Also gives a loud audible "click" as sound is temporarily cut out. ( Most probably whole HDMI signal is cut)

Black screen bug happens randomly with You tube with no mouse or keyboard action, but 100% repeatable with this website when scrolling :
