Need to transfer bookmarks and passwords

i am trying to sync or move my firefox profile on my mac 2012 running ubuntu to my macbook air 2013 running ubuntu

How can I transfer a book mark from one computer to another?

how do i setup my new pc so i have all the info i had stored before on my laptop like passwords signin stuff etc?

I have just downloaded Mozilla to my new laptop. I have Mozilla on my old laptop.  Can all my bookmarks be synchronized with the download to my new laptop.  

Once lock into account, it should let me work with all apps installed with Firefox browser.
