How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.

My Earthlink email will not scroll. I have tried talking to Earthlink, but they say it is probably a browser problem. Here is my conversation with them, so that I don't have to re-type everything.

When I open my Earthlink email in Firefox there is a box at the top that says "Enhanced by Google" and the screen won't scroll. I talked to Earthlink support and they said it's a Firefox problem

Up until today, I could open my web pages with vpn on uninterrupted, but todayI suddenly have to turn vpn off in order to open even my commonly used sites; what's up with that?

I do not like the clutter of a score of articles chosen by AI on my home page. I only want a blank page the same shade of green I had before with the shortcuts I actually use. Your sponsors may give you money, but I'm not clicking on any except to get rid of them.

I’d like to report a serious issue with Firefox lately. The browser has been performing very poorly and frequently becomes “Not Responding.” In many cases, websites fail to load properly or get stuck indefinitely, even though my internet connection is working normally.

I’m experiencing these issues on the latest version of Windows 11 with the latest version of Firefox. This has become quite frustrating and significantly affects my daily browsing experience.

I hope the Firefox team can investigate these stability and website-loading issues and provide a fix soon. Firefox used to be much more reliable, but recently the overall experience has been very disappointing.

with this new version i lost everything i need to get back to an older version and get all my extentions my bookmarks back all my s desktop items that i had linked to firefox are gone i can no longer get face book or anything back to firefox book marks every thing i had with firefox

I have completely cleared relevant history. I am in the UK, so only use Amazon UK. Yet, even within a day of removing all trace of amazon.com, it shows up again in the list of top sites on a blank tab's address bar suggestions. (.com is not in bookmarks, shortcuts, or recent searches, which are the only other selections)

The only explanation I have for this is that amazon.co.uk is making back-end calls to amazon.com and polluting whatever mechanism is used for this list – even though the browsing history as I can see and manage it does not include any references to amazon.com whatsoever.

Please, either:

• tell me how to get the browsing history as shown in the new tab's suggestions to respect the browsing history as recorded and manageable, or
• tell me how I can have control to blacklist certain sites that contaminate the list despite there being no record of them within my browsing history

The only other detail that may play into this; the first time this appeared out of nowhere I suspect was also the point at which the Suggestions from sponsors magically appeared in settings, and was on by default. Ever since then, getting rid of amazon.com has been a Sisyphean struggle, as though unchecking the sponsors option were being ignored.
