I downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox. Every email link in my mail.com email.com account now fails with this message: Error Code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG No Firefox setting changes are helping, but if I forward that and other emails with a link to another mail account I have, they links work perfectly fine. So I ave to conclude it is a Firefox issue, but I don;t understand how to fix it. Can anyone advise me, please? [redacted] @writeme.com

I have suddenly lost internet access using my Firefox browser. Have been using it for years, and as a senior, non-techie, I don't know what to do. I would like to have a live person talk me through what to do. I am using a Mac BookAir macOSMonterey 12.7.6

The new Pop Up in Firefox that asks me to choose how to open the link I want tosend to share with a relative, or a friend is driving me crazy. I'm 82 years old, I'm legally blind now and this new POP UP has to be disabled or eliminated somehow. I've searched instructions on YouTube and triedd under Privacy & Security, Permissions and disabled PopUps BUT The new Pop Up in Firefox is till functioning. Please may I give you permissiontoremove it in my account!!!! Please could you do thatforme because I'vetried every suggesion ad I can'tseemto disableit or removeit. Hi;

I'm using a Protonmail alias. When I copy my Hide-my-alias address in Protonmail using the Copy icon, the popup says Alias copied to clipboard it doesn't paste. Not sure if this is a Proton or FF issue. Looks like it's mot being copied.

I clicked on my new HideMyAddress alias address, clicked on my alias copy icon, says copied.

It won't paste into the address field of a new email. Clipboard History is enabled. I can paste any History entry but not the alias I copied using the copy link next to the alias link.

To copy it to clipboard, I have to :

Open all alias' Sign back into account Highlight the alias address, copy Then it will paste

Tested with Brave browser:

Logged into Proton.me Copied alias and pasted into new email To address, it works.

You need to re enable MetaMask. I have thousands of dollars that I can no longer access due to you blocking this extension. Get this issue fixed and let me know when you will get this corrected and what I need to do.

I need to enlarge the font on the bookmarks toolbar as I have a visual impairment. I can find ideas for the regular toolbar, but not for the bookmarks toolbar...oh, and I am working on a Mac.

You used to be able to set Contrast Control to not override other websites now you can't. What moron made this stupid ass decision that just degrades the quality of a once good browser?

When I open up my facebook page it loads but is blank. When I open my youtube channel it opens but when click video in opens I can see chat and can talk in chat, but the video doesn't play wheel keeps spinning. Hello- Wondering how to turn off the "skip to main content" that continually pops-up on some web sites. This is a problem on a single Firefox installation and I cannot figure out which setting this could be.

I received a notice from centurylink about their changing my user I.D. from [edited] @q.com to [edited] @myctl.net beginning on 10/21/2025. I signed into my account, using the new email ([edited] @myctl.net) and now I'm blocked from my email / webmail Is firefox blocking my email account??

i am not a computer knowledgeable person, as I am 84 years old, and do not understand or know how to make the changes that are constantly being made. Please help me make sure everything is set up correctly for the current rules and that the computer is secure, as I discuss monetary issues with many of my clients. When directions are offered, I often find it impossible to follow them, as whatever they tell me does not show up, or is not found on my screen. I have a relatively new computer, maybe a year old, so i am sure the problem is with me, and not the computer.
