I am being inundated with alerts saying firefox has been compromised & viruses have been detected. They want me to click on various links which I won't do of course. I am about ready to uninstall Firefox altogether. Hate to do since I will lose everything. Please help!

Hello, I use NextDNS for DNS over HTTPS in Firefox and I have set it up accordingly. Every so often Firefox will randomly revert back to using Quad9 instead of NextDNS without any intervention from me and I then have to go back in and set up NextDNS again which is quite frustrating, does anyone know why this might be happening?

When I open https://www.bluemountain.com/ the login is a popup. Firefox remembers my log in and when I click "Sign In" nothing happens. This worked fine up to the last Firefox update. Blue Mountain tells me it is some sort of security issue.

I did a refresh in order to get Firefox 129 to speed up and lost a short cut or icon that would display my favorites in a column on left side of page and stay open until I closed them. This was extremely helpful if you have a list of sites you visit every day. The icon for this was an open book.

I want to be able to click and drag the URL from the address bar into Excel. (I can do this on other browsers with no issue.)

I want it to display, e.g.: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/form and not Get Support | Mozilla Support

I can right-click, copy, paste, but it's laborious when I'm used to click and drag! Can anyone help, please?

Version 129 is not printing headers and footers, despite manually checking the "print headers and footers" box in the print dialog (and despite making Page Setup visible via about:config). This persists in the preview, when printing to PDFs, and when printing to physical printers. This is new behavior to me since some time in the 128 series (the last time I tried to print a webpage showing the URL and date/time).

I have manually reset all print_h... and print_f... entries to default, but that didn't help either.

When I attempt to go to Walgreens.com to access my prescription account I get the following message:

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.walgreens.com/" on this server.

What is wrong and how do I correct it?

Since some days Firefox stops working. My query appears in the field but when I click on Enter nothing happens. I have tried to repair, to delete the cookies, to desintall, nothing helps. I therefore keep Firefox only for some websites (my favorites as mail). I do all other researches on another navigator. Do you at least have an explanation ?

I would like to have my tabs I use everyday reopen when I turn the browser back on. In settings I have checked the box for "open previous windows & tabs" However, when I reopen the browser the previous tabs are not there and I have to recreate the line-up of my tabs which takes time etc. How do I fix this? hi I am running my application which is easily running on chrome and edge in windows but unable to run on firefox. Can you please suggest what is the actual issue? We are getting output in every browser but not in firefox only. I did disable cache but still no output.

I am having trouble when logging into a specific website.

The login process is to use login URL(https://online.torfx.com.au/CustomerPortal/login.htm), then enter my email address and password.

Once I select Login, the website should then show my dashboard URL(https://online.torfx.com.au/CustomerPortal/dashboard.htm) but when I use Firefox, I get the Secure Site Not Available error (see attached screenshot).

If I use either Chrome or Edge, I do not have this problem and if you check the status of the connection on both these browers, they say that the Connection is Secure and the URL shows as HTTPS:// , so it appears that Firefox has this issue.

Does any one have any suggestions/advice etc?

When i log on firefox this morning i got a message about updates. i pressed the wrong button and firefox started with a new profile. Luckily my bookmarks were still there but the add-ons/extensions, etc were missing. i thought profiles were backed up. if so, where are the and how do i use them? if not, how can i restore firefox to the way it was yesterday?

"Manage Bookmarks" [I left the misspelling in the subject line because I'm trying to clue into the conversation when I asked this question before on June 17th] no longer functions smoothly if left open longer than a minute. I will add a bookmark to a folder the first time, but then will no appear to repeat the effort with adding another to the same or another folder. Re 'jscher2000's answer to my question, switching to another folder and back offers no relief from this but you are correct in that the issue is the page does not refresh to show added content after the first (or maybe second) time, if left idle a few moments. Closing out and reopening 'Mange Bookmarks' and navigating to the appropriate folder (or subfolder) then becomes necessary for it to display that in fact it had added the bookmark. Tiresome. Is there any way to increase the amount of memory allotted by my computer or Mozilla to this function, to regain the functionality I once took for granted?

Re 'cor-el' , where is the 'places database'? Re how many, hundreds? See 2 screen shots; alphabetical, partial list of single entry under 'e' 'Evironment'; maybe a thousand. I have not tried restarting firefox in troubleshoot mode (latley), but I think I already tried that some time ago and it did not help.
