I am 82 years old and have Essential Tremor. I am on medications but my hands still shake enough to give me problems with your audio volume sliders.

Is there a way to make the audio volume sliders wider?

If not, there should be.

I'm using a docker container to access an old dell r710 with iDRAC 6 and I'm stuck configuring some parameters because I can't use the shortcut ctrl+n because firefox opens a new window.

Reading this https://support.mozilla.org/bm/questions/1381773 I assume that I can disable ctrl+n in firefox using autoconfig.js (/etc/firefox/defaults/pref/autoconfig.js) and firefox.cfg (/etc/firefox/firefox.cfg) but I don't know what should I write on these config files.

Can someone give me a hand? Thank you in advance!

Can we get a setting that disable the Quick Find feature or at least its keyboard shortcut.

It breaks keyboard shortcuts on multiple sites, as it is often used to select the search bar(Youtube, Github, ...)

the latest update 136.0.3 is broken. When right-clicking an item, none of the choices work (e.g. right-clicking on any word brings up a menu with 'open in new tab' as a choice, but nothing happens)

Hello I can use mouse because of my condition. I use a stylus tablet wacom cintiq companion. I cant move the tabs around and some other functionality doesnt work such as pressing certain buttons, fox example download button for the snipping tool in firefox.

with mouse it works but not stylus. it started working when i turn off windows ink but I lose the scrolling feature which is something I really need. I tried turning on and off some about:config settings but no luck there. I reset firefox but that didnt work. I tried the edge browser and I get no problems with edge. Other firefox forks have the same issue. I tried windows settings but no luck there.

I have noticed that in versions of Firefox newer than ESR 115.7 (and early 120s in the main release channel) I get eye strain while using Firefox. This issue didn't happen with earlier versions of Firefox - at least since the Proton UI changeover. And this issue doesn't exist on other software on my system. I haven't changed my Firefox settings.

As a result of this I haven't been able to update my installation of Firefox. I'd like to try to track down what changed around that time and see if I can find a workaround or possibly submit a bug? Is anyone familiar with graphics related changes that occurred around that time? How might I go about figuring this out? I'd like to keep up with the new features and security updates.

Sometimes, when I want to use the Take a Screenshot function (on my toolbar) to save a long section of a page, after selecting what I want and scrolling down to the Download button, the process positions the page's floating 'identification' bar across the the middle of the picture. Is there a way to set a keyboard shortcut to trigger the download command after making the selection, without the need to scroll down to see the button? This would greatly simplify the process. In some limited searching and testing, I haven't found anything that accomplishes this.

I have attached a screenshot of a page to serve as an example of how the bar is superimposed.

FWIW, this system is still running Windows 7, Firefox 115.22.0 esr.

Firefox is my default browser and I use Yahoo Mail. In the past, while writing an email, I would copy text from MS Word file (ctrl+C) and paste it (ctrl+V) in Yahoo Mail. These commands do not work anymore. Need a solution.

How to disable Ctrl-T?

Ever since the beginning of March, my earthlink email no longer functions on my Firefox 48.0.2 via my Macintosh 10.6.8 laptop. Instead, I get the following message....

YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT SECURE The owner of support.mozilla.org has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

Also..... YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT SECURE The owner of accounts.earthlink.net has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

What gives? I didn't have ANY issues prior to May 1.

Upgraded to 139.0.1 and enabled new search bar, which wasn't appearing without toggling browser.urlbar.scotchBonnet.enableOverride to true. However, the bar seems critically hindered by lack of keyboard accessibility. Two things in particular:

1) when quick actions appear (e.g., Clear recent history), I cannot figure out how to navigate to it with the keyboard. Down-arrowing simply skips over it.

2) I don't seem to be able to select which search engine to use. On Mac, Option+up/down used to select search engines with the old address bar, but no key combination seems to move through or activate the drop-down menu of search engine choices.

Every so often while using firefox, my mouse will suddenly not respond to clicking, both from my laptop and my mouse. My cursor on screen is still able to move however, and my laptop keys are also still functional. Is this due to me having a couple of profile windows open at the same time, or another reason?

I'm using a Protonmail alias. When I copy my Hide-my-alias address in Protonmail using the Copy icon, the popup says Alias copied to clipboard it doesn't paste. Not sure if this is a Proton or FF issue. Looks like it's mot being copied.

Using Firefox

I clicked on my new HideMyAddress alias address, clicked on my alias copy icon, says copied.

It won't paste into the address field of a new email. Clipboard History is enabled. I can paste any History entry but not the alias I copied using the copy link next to the alias link.

To copy it to clipboard, I have to :

Open all alias' Sign back into account Highlight the alias address, copy Then it will paste

Tested with Brave browser:

Logged into Proton.me Copied alias and pasted into new email To address, it works.
