The Firefox browser I was using failed to back up the synchronization data of the domestic version due to negligence in reinstalling the new version. Is there some way to open all tabs on a synced device. I have the list of tabs showing in the sidebar. However, the instruction: "While viewing synced tabs in Sidebar, right clicking on device name allows you to open all tabs from a device at once." does not work. Right clicking does nothing. Version 147.0.2 (64-bit) in Windows 11. Thank you.

I upgraded to Windows 11 yesterday. I have always been logged in to Firefox with my email, so I thought the bookmarks will come back once I log in on the new windows, but that didn't happen. Some of these bookmarks are work related, so they're fairly important.

Although I'm using the same email, my profile picture is gone too—replaced with a default one. (Not AI generated sentence. I just like using Em dashes)

What could have happened and what can I do to get my bookmarks back? I appreciate any suggestion you can give me.

I use Firefox app in macos, android and ipados. The bookmarks across them are not synching automatically. I need to press sync manuelly to do. All apps are updated, all settings look fine. Please help me synch bookmarks across platforms. Thanks a lot.

I can no longer see a list of tabs from other devices. My computer was wiped recently and I was using the tab sync function to see the tabs I had open before the wipe. Now they have vanished. How do I get them back?

I changed my password in my Mozilla account and now I can no longer sync my firefox for android.

I scan the QR code and on my android screen proceeded normal and asking me to confirm but in my desktop I get an error.

"General application error Something went wrong. Try again later."

I also tried in safe mode with no luck.

What to do now?

Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.

If this stuff is gone so am I.

Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

I've synced all my data (including add-ons, passwords, bookmarks, etc) to my firefox binded account on fedora linux then change my linux distro and re-setup firefox on Manjaro KDE, login and etc

found out that everything synced but my previous add-ons and open tabs are gone for good I've so many opened tabs are my custom add-ons settings on so many add-ons for personal preferences are gone

I've faced this many times but I thought somehow these days firefox might have fixed these issues but i'm so sad that all my important data are gone :(

I'm using firefox only just for sync+privacy for hassle free setup again and again over many devices otherwise i prefer tor for much anonymity and privacy

Hello, After performing a clean install of the OS, I logged in to my firefox account. But it is not syncing the passwords. I tried installing firefox to my phone, also not syninc. I have changed operating systems from windows to linux mint. I made sure to sync my profile before uninstalling, but now the profile looks to be empty. there are no saved passwords or bookmarks. This worked when I changed between different windows devices last year, but this time it seems stuck. I will check on a windows device when able, but in the meantime, are there any other ways to troubleshoot this?

I hope you can assist me with an urgent issue. After reinstalling Windows on my PC, I lost access to my Firefox Sync data, which includes years of bookmarks, saved passwords, and browsing history.

Before formatting, I had been using Firefox Sync with my Firefox Account (sometimes signed in via Google). However, after reinstalling Windows and logging back into Firefox Sync, my data no longer appears. At one point, I saw my account showing activity from just before formatting, but now that is gone as well.

I am worried that my synced data might have been overwritten or lost during this process. Unfortunately, I do not have a local backup of my Firefox profile.

Could you please help me: - Verify if my Firefox Sync data is still stored on your servers. - Assist with recovering my synced data or advise on next steps I can take. - Provide any guidance on preventing data loss in the future.

Hello, I reinstalled win 10 on my pc and Wien i logged back into my account sync is working but no passwords, adds, bookmarks are loaded, so I have the most important question, what am I supposed to do? Thanks

so i signed into my firefox account on a new computer and every time i hit the sync now button it brings a pop up for half a second then it disappears and no changes happen to my bookmarks or any of my other synced data.looked through the forums could not find anything that was even similar to my problem

so I did a factory data reset of my s22 Plus last week and I just tried to send it a tab from my Mac to my phone which doesn't work but it works the other way. The device was still signed into my account I signed it out sign it back in from the phone and every time I try to scan the QR code to connect another device from the QR code scanner in the search bar of the Firefox browser it keeps saying that I need to use like another app because it thinks it thinks I'm using the phones camera I'm not quite sure where to go from here
