I'm not sure if I'm in the right area. I can't add a new bookmark to a folder. It just started. I do have trembling hands so it it possible that I may changed a setting accidentally. No matter how many times I've tried to bookmark a tab, I can't add it to a folder. This has really gotten me frustrated.

In the last approx 3-4 weeks, Firefox bookmarks on Android and PC have *not* remembered alphabetical sort choices on PC. I cannot sort (and remember) bookmark toolbar alphabetical sort order on PC and I cannot sort and remember bookmark alphabetical sort on Android, synced with the PC. My bookmarks on both PC and Android are arranged in some haphazard way that "sorting by name" under Bookmarks / Manage Bookmarks / Bookmarks Toolbar / Views / Sort / Sort by Name momentarily changes but does not persist to the next time I view. The next time I view the sort of the bookmarks toolbar, it is always "unsorted". Again this has only been an issue in the past 3-4 weeks.

I would bookmark a page by clicking on the star and ensuring it turns blue. There's a pop-up that i will check to confirm the bookmark's location. But when I click on the bookmark file with the correct labeled location, the bookmarked page doesn't appear. However, it will appear if I manually drag the bookmarked page and put it under the labeled location file. Either way, when I click on the 3 stacked bars> bookmarks >search bookmarks > type in the website name, the page will appear with a blue star. Instead of relying on manually bookmarking pages, how can i ensure the bookmarked page appears in the correct location when I simply tap the star icon?

In the first image, you can see I bookmarked a reddit page under "MCAT Stuff". In the second image, you can see the page is still bookmarked, but under the "MCAT Stuff" bookmark, the page doesn't appear.

I have 6 folders in my bookmark tree, only 3 appear in my bookmark drop down when saving a bookmark. So I'm constantly dragging a bookmark into one of the folders that don't appear if I want to save it outside of the 3 that do appear. How do I get the bookmark tree to list the missing three folders?

When we are going to get Library (Bookmarks) in this Firefox view tab (which doesnt have its local URL unlike Chrome)?

Like history (finally 😌) is in new tab unlike in new window (which is forced, not user managed), we need library for bookmark manager like Chrome or Edge has inbuilt. Even passwords aka logins category would be appreciated.

Seriously requesting this.

ON THE FIREFOX BAR, NEXT TO FIREFOX LOGO (GETTING STARTED) i want to delete the website shortcuts that have now been there for several years. they are under the URL bar. thank you!

I installed new firefox and it did not work. So I downloaded older version of firefox that does work. But somehow it/I installed my Chrome bookmarks and not my older firefox bookmarks. Can anything be done?

Up until a few weeks ago, I could see and access Mobile Bookmarks (I sync these to my Firefox Desktop) using the Firefox Desktop browser from the Bookmarks drop-down menu in the topmost toolbar.

Now, I can no longer find Mobile Bookmarks in the Bookmarks drop-down menu.

I can still find it by choosing Manage Bookmarks and, in the resulting pop-up, I can see it in its regular location there. However, this is significantly less convenient as it requires me to juggle another window and perform more clicks.

Is it missing due to a bug? Does Mozilla intend to fix/address this?

I recently bought a new computer and it imported the bookmarks that I had from my chrome account to Firefox after installing it. I already had a firefox account on my old computer and I signed into the new computer with my firefox account thinking it would make a difference but I am still unable to see my old bookmarks that were on my old firefox. Now the issue is even the firefox on my old computer was also updated with the imported bookmarks from Chrome. Please let me know how to solve this issue and get back my old firefox bookmarks back, please attach screenshots if possible.

I just sorted my bookmarks by name and what came back was a list a mile long of bookmarks that included folders and pages that have been deleted for years. If I want to clean the list up, it will take me an eternity. I have no idea how this happened or what i can do to regain the current list of bookmarks that I had. I really need help.
