My Firefox browser is showing an incorrect location. If I check my location on any other browser it shows true but Firefox is way off. Causing sites to freeze my accounts for irregular location activity. Have already restarted modem, PC and browser but location in Firefox remains the same bad location while all others show true location.

The problem comes from the antivirus software this checks HTTPS connections and certificates, many think it would be a virus as in the support cases, but this can be set in the antivirus software.

In order to add photos to Shutterfly from google photos on Firefox, which is what Shutterfly likes, I have to enable 3rd party cookies.

I have been trying and googling and searching support for some time now. The google instructions do not come close to matching what is on the commuter. The "support" instructions are in technical computer language which I don't get.

So, please help me, but pretend you are explaining to your grandma (I may not be yours, but I am a grandma to 4 grandkids) and she's never used a computer before (I have, but I'm sick of wading through technical answers that don't match the computer and don't work).

Is there a possibilty to tanslate web pages in Firefox like the way it can be done in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge? I have installed an Add-On but it doesn't work the way I want(translating the web page right there and not translating it through Google Translate).

On the Total Adblock site it gives these directions for removing the program: "Mozilla Firefox Uninstalling Adblock from your Mozilla Firefox browser is very simple and can be done within a few clicks. Go to the Extensions Page on Mozilla Firefox copy this link into the address bar of your browser:about:addons

Find Total Adblock within your plugins . Click the 3 Dots. Click Remove."

I do not know where the "extensions page" is. Nor where to find it. While I have been using personal computers for decades, I am still a complete beginner when it comes to any technical jargon. If someone would kindly give me directions in English about getting rid of this annoying extension/program? I would deeply appreciate it.

This is really getting annoying. Again the 4k and 8k videos on Youtube are stutturing, saw some some improvement with Firefox 87 at least on the 4k videos. My pc is running Win 10 64-bit, 8gb of ram and all with all drivers\os up to date. As usual no issue with Google Chrome while reproducing the above video in 8k.

CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400S CPU @ 2.50GHz 4 Cores GPU - AMD Radeon R7 200 Series with 2gb.

I have been having an issue, since just before the update to 100, where Google sites stop responding. Gmail will display banner at the top "OOPS - The system encountered a problem...", Google search from the search bar will do nothing, Google Maps will not load and any google web page will not load or refresh. Closing Firefox and restarting it will fix the issue, temporarily. At first I thought it was any web page, but I have tested other search engines and web pages, using Firefox while the Google pages are unresponsive, and it is limited to Google pages. I can open the affected Google pages with Edge, while Firefox is still "locked out".

Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I have been a "light theme" user for 15+ years. Since updating to 96.0 today, a dark mode spreading across Firefox has been forced onto me, including:

• New tab background
• Background of any tab waiting to load a page
• Google/Youtube background
• Settings/add-ons/password menu backgrounds
• Automatic username/password drop-down background
• Background of the little box that appears on the bottom-left (the one which shows the URL when you mouse over a link)

I am unhappy with this and wish to have my usual theme back. Can anyone please assist?

(In addition, there is some sort of white border around the current tab, which I do not like)

This weird! when I export my current bookmarks to html to a thumb drive, Firefox exports and old list, not the current list! I can add a bookmark, export the list, the new bookmark shows, but the list is not the current bookmarks. this new list contains bookmarks that I had deleted, and are not in my current bookmarks!

I am trying to use the UPS click-n-ship website and continually have a problem with it accepting certain information. When trying to submit the page it empties the boxes and won't let me proceed saying it needs the fields that it just emptied, completed.

Their instructions have said to add their URL to Firefox's trusted sites. I have tried to follow the directions here:

But there is no menu to the right of the URL box. There is a menu to the far right of the bar that has "New tab", "New Window," "New Private Window," etc.

Also, the URL I am trying to allow access to is a dynamic window that usually involves a session ID and since the session has timed out, it doesn't stay on that URL. How do I add it then?

How do you access Mozilla VPN after you have logged into firefox account - it only shows how to download and I have already downloaded it. I simply want to turn on the VPN and select the location but no instructions are available for this or at least the instructions are not clear.
