I ned to export my bookmarks to my cell phone but that option is no longer available on firefox, i am going BLIND

After sychronizing, will all my userids and passwords be synchronzed?

Hello. In the latest version of Firefox, the "Sign In" button on the toolbar in the application menu is missing. This is the reason I can sync my account.
