Trying to read PDF pages in Firefox. When I click on a file it says "You do not have OpenText Content Server Browser Web Extension 2.0.10 installed, or it is not enabled. Follow these instructions to install and enable the extension." I've looked in the extension add ons but cannot find the appropriate add-on and when I go to download from file, there are no files that would are appropriate either. Any suggestions? Also, I'm using a federal government laptop if that has anything to do with it.

I am so tired of this. I am continuously being blocked from webpages because Firefox says I am not able to access them. First it was Macy's website and now it is my bank website. I have just gotten a new computer this week, but it was occurring on my previous one. I am 71 years old and am not a computer whiz on these situations. I was able to access my bank account this morning but not now. Total bullcrap.I really liked Firefox, but if it continues I will switch to something else. I just received this error code. At the start pages would not load at all then about a week they started loading but very slow as mentioned. Any ideas/help will be very much appreciated. I am using Windows 11.
