I have suddenly lost internet access using my Firefox browser. Have been using it for years, and as a senior, non-techie, I don't know what to do. I would like to have a live person talk me through what to do. I am using a Mac BookAir macOSMonterey 12.7.6

When Firefox opens, I sign in to my email address and when that page opens - it says at very top of screen that Firefox is not responding and stays that way. Refreshed, restarted, pressed delete cache and nothing will correct this. No issue for years until last week so please fix or advise how to do so. Thanks. Herb [redacted email from public]

My question is - is there a way to make the AI Chatbot text on the left-panel of Firefox bigger? I have already use zoom on the browser but it only make the text on the browser bigger but not the left-panel...

I paid for an annual subscription of Mozilla's VPN on 9/8/26. However, when I try to run the VPN, it is telling me I have to wait for the monthly trial (which I had previously to reset). My invoice is 98Z6LFXQ-0001. Also, when I printed a receipt of my purchase, I noticed my zip code is incorrect. My zip code is 11224 (not 11229). I saw that it could possibly take up to four days for my purchase to be reflected, but I wanted to get ahead of this potential problem ASAP. Thank you! whenever i try to scroll local newspaper of even NY times firefox freezes and i have to reload the page. also on Schwab.com i can not use the pop up quick buy/sell feature as it freezes the page and i can not reload the page of close the page, i have to kill firefox. taht along with the problem of firefox displaying "server unreachable" when MS Edge works just fine. these problems have made firefox unusable to me. I went to about.config and set accessibility.blockautorefresh to true and tipranks.com is still Auto refreshing. It's aggravating.

I just updated to v.157.0 (Win 11) and added the proton extension to return the theme to grey. However, no changes I have made will return the container tab menu colors to be vivid as they were prior to this update. Because of the number of containers I have, I am using all of the icons more than once and the colors are now very dark. I don't need to change the colors of any aspect beyond the containers' menu, however, I did attempt choosing custom colors under accessibility with no results to the container hues. The colors of the tabs themselves continue to be bright. It's choosing from the drop down menu and in the 'manage containers' screen that I am trying to adjust.

Not a bug report, but more so a feature suggestion for extra keybinds. In case this isn't the right place for a feature suggestion, please excuse me, since search results only yielded the Firefox suggestions thingy. Some browsers like Opera have a keyboard shortcut assigned to selecting the website URL through Cmd+E. This is pretty convenient for those who access most of the browser controls using a keyboard rather than a mouse or touchpad. At the moment you can use "Focus the Search Bar" by Cmd+K and Esc twice to have the URL selected but it's not really ideal. Thanks for the continued support and making Firefox a great browser to use.

I no longer want or need Mozilla VPN. When I go to my account and try to manage it, I get a broken link. I have captured the images and will attach them. Please help. Very frustrating.
