I turn that off and still no Twitter and your system turns it back on again all by itself, your settings are doing what they want to do, not what I SAY to do. Now, I cannot get into Twitter.

is it possible to get a button or a shortcut to toggle the option full-screen-api.ignore-widgets without using about:config? An addon is not possible I guess because it is an internal option addons shouldn't have access to this.

Hello. 😊 I have a question about my copy of Firefox for Windows v152.0.6 x64. (For the record, I have nasty feeling that I'm using the wrong forum; but the address bar says I'm in the right one.)

In my main profile, the one that I have been using for years, the "Home and Startup" part of my settings page shows the following:

- Firefox Home

 - Search
 - **Weather**
 - Shortcut
 - Support Firefox
 - Recent Activity
   - Visited pages
   - Bookmarks
   - Most recent download
   - [Choose a wallpaper]
 - Firefox logo

Today, I went to about:profiles and created a new profile. This new profile offers different settings:

- Firefox Home

 - Search
 - **Widgets**
   - **Lists**
   - **Timer**
   - **Sports**
   - **Clock**
   - **Weather**
 - Shortcuts
 - Support Firefox
 - Recent Activity
   - Visited pages
   - Bookmarks
   - Most recent download
   - [Choose a wallpaper]
 - Firefox logo

That's strange, isn't it? Why the difference? And how can get all the goodies of the new profile under my old profile?

Where did the option to "Translate Page" go? I remember Firefox had it for a while listed as a experimental feature. Did it fail? Or are they still working on it and took it away temporarily?

When a link from outside Firefox opens the desktop browser, it displays the default home page but does not continue on to the URL specified in the link. This is new for me in V 152.0.6 (aarch64) . Mac OS 26.5.2 (25F84)

about every 15 to 20 minutes I hear a tone from the speaker and then Firefox crashes, on some occasions another msg box briefly appears saying something about Microsoft windows but then it disappears before it can be read fully.

I have been trying to trouble shoot, checking my volume settings, disabling ad blocker, etc, but nothing is helping.

I tested the URL in TOR and Chrome browsers which I installed on my laptop, the audio works AOK on those.

FF has been my browser of choice since it was launched, so I'd really appreciate if someone can suggest what the Audio issue might be.

I receive email messages from members in this forum in Chrome. It is very difficult to find the messages here when I logged in. If possible, can a reference number be provided with the message.

I never log out and if possible I prefer to stay logged in. The main topic seems to be about "Inbuilt adblockers" Some of the messages are a bit rude about the above. I don't appreciate those type of messages.

But I do agree if there could be an adblocker in Firefox in my Android phone, Browser extensions are uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger and CanvasBlocker. They don't block ads. uBlock Origin "Element Picker Mode" works perfectly on my PC but not all on my Android Phone. I appreciate very much how Firefox can be configured more than all the browsers combined, to provide extreme protection and privacy. In addition with MullvadVPN.

I received a message from Microsoft a few days ago and they have extended Windows 10 Security updates to 12 October 2027.

unable to load X.com. Shows Firefox Enhanced Tracking as "strict". in FireFox settings, it show i'm at "standard, not Strict". Have refreshed tabs as instructed. No change. Still cant load X.com.

I currently have Version 115.37.0esr (64-bit). When I click Check For Updates, it says I'm updated to the current version, but apparently the current version is 152.0.6. Why can't I get this version?

I'm suddenly getting repeated/multiple Mozilla Firefox "Browser Alerts", "System Warnings," and "McAfee Critical Virus Alerts" that are wrong and dysfunctional. They pop up every few seconds. They contain "Remove virus now" and "quick scan" buttons, but these only take me to a bright red screen that says:

"Deceptive site ahead Firefox blocked this page because it may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing personal information like passwords or credit cards."

These come even though I haven't tried to access any "deceptive sites." I have to x all of them out to clear my screen.

There's obviously a defect in your warning system. How do I stop this?

Currently, my Firefox Browser continues operating under Windows 10, without a known Windows 11, operating Browser update correction! Is there a solution to this problem?

I contacted Mozilla Support and was issued a ticket ID that is 438455!

Since upgrading Firefox I am having problems with web sites i.e. banking where I have never had problems before, buttons no longer work or refuse to enable the following script, meaning I have to use Microsoft Edge to get anything done. I'm led to believe this problem is caused by Enhanced Tracking Protection, and having turned off Ad Blockers this would seem to be the case. Firefox advice is not to turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection and to visit a page to see those sites blocked, well I'm not doing that am I. I'd rather not switch to another browser as I've been using it since the early days of Mozilla but if this continues I may have to.
