Firefox is my default browser. Everytime I uses Firefox to submit a Google Form , it will trigger a Captcha for me to complete before final submission. But when I switch to Chrome, submitting the same Google Form, I do not get a Captcha verification.

I even give FireFox a "Refresh Start" it does not help.

Hope someone can asist me on a work around and counitue to use Firefox for Google Form .

There was a previous thread covering this topic, but the solution suggested hadn't really worked - clearing cache and cookies did not solve the problem. For anyone struggling with the same problem, I wanted to leave the working solution where they could find it.

Disable adblock on poczta.o2.pl.

I use Adblock Ultimate. When it was on, the log-in page showed up fine, but as soon as I pressed "log-in", all I could see was a solid block of background colour. Disabling adblock just on that one page solved the issue immediately.

Był poprzednio stworzony wątek na ten temat, ale rozwiązanie które tam było zaproponowane nie działało - wyczyszczenine "ciasteczek" i cache nic nie zrobiło. W razie gdyby ktoś inny jeszcze miał ten sam problem, postanowiłam zostawić rozwiązanie gdzieś, gdzieby mogli je znaleźć.

Ja osobiście używam adblock ultimate. Kiedy go miałam włączonego, mogłam się zalogować bez problemu, ale jak tylko kliknęłam "zaloguj", nie widziałam nic więcej niż tylko kolor tła. Wyłączenie adblocka tylko na tamtej jednej stronie zdziałało cuda.

I would like to open a new tab when I open a new link instead of the last page I am on falling behind. The old page should remain and new link/page open separately. Example of what I would like. I open Firefox and my homepage is yahoo. I click on a bookmarked tab to go to youtube it opens in a second tab. I want the first tab to stay open on my home page and a completely new tab open youtube. that makes two open tabs now

I am developing some html and javascript applications. During testing I use the windows.alert box to show some innerHTML values. This worked fine, until after a while, the Alert box window size changes to a small window, showing only the horizontal slider.

I have restarted the browser, but that didn't change anything.

What can I do to have the full Alert window back?

I have to enter my modem's IP address into the navigation bar, but for some reason keeps converting to a google search. I enter: 192.168. 0.1. when I press return: https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=192.168.+0.1. I have gone through all my settings, and cannot find a way out of this! common sense would say that when I added the second "Search" bar next to the "Navigation/Search" bar, the search function would not apply anymore to the Navigation bar. Anyways, Please help if possible.... I'm frustrated!

I do not have the Restore Previous Session box marked in General Settings. However, Firefox has begun starting up each time I start my PC. How do I stop the browser from starting in this manner?

Hey team, I would like to know if there is a way to "name" the firefox window? I have multiple theme windows (for instance, one is for all recipes, one is for all news pages, one is for all online classes) with multiple tabs open and would like to find a way to navigate between them in an easier way. Naming them would be lovely, so I could name the window "recipes" and find the right one easier in the dock.

Anyone knows a trick? If it doesn't exist, any way to hint to the developers that this would be helpful? :) It could be just me though :)

It was working well before I had an update on Windows that crushed my connection to my printer. So I reinstalled W10. I now have version 10.0.19042, n°19042 (according to system information) and I have the last version according to windows update.

Hi, I dealt with this problem several time and I decided to write down my solution to save of others time. In case you install firefox on Windows 7 and your htm, html files are showing blank white icon instead of little foxxy one, all you need to do to go for registry as below: - I am using Firefox v.84, ues problem is there since firefox v.2 - - Type regedit and go for "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FirefoxHTML-308046B0AF4A39CB\DefaultIcon", perhabs you see a differentt number beside FirefoxHTML or even no number - - Double click on Default key and change the value to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe,1", not to mention without "" - Don't forget to backup whole your registry before editing it - Restart and you will probably see the Firefox icon on your saved html files
