My settings have this right at the top, but I am the "organizer." I am the one that set things up on my oldest laptop. When I updated the laptop with a new one, I had that message, but it was okay at that point. But now - new laptop, and I want the control back. Please guide me in how to do that.

I would appreciate whatever help or suggestions someone may provide to an irksome problem that only happens in my preferred browser, Firefox. I've attached an image below of a page from a local grocery store. Like most stores these days, it is possible to search within that store and its web site for specific items and prices, etc. It works in at least two other browsers I've tried but not in Firefox so a setting, I'm guessing, has been changed within Firefox in the last few months (because this problem did not occur before then).

As you see in the image, I've inserted an item to find its price; and nothing happens. Before, on Firefox, and now with other browsers, I would get a display of all relevant products, prices, quantities, sales and discounts, etc.

What Firefox setting do I need to change so this information will show up again?

I have Firefox version 137.0.2 on this system running Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5737).

I have an issue that even in settings page, here, in Firefox - i have around 50 fps. I have 240hz monitor and 4070 gpu and 14900hx cpu. In Chrome - i have noticeable 240 fps. What should i do to have same 240 here, in Firefox?

I've been using Firefox in Windows for years as my default browser. Suddenly tonight, Microsoft Edge became my default. When I go into Windows Settings and try to change back to Firefox, Windows offers me only Microsoft browsers as alternatives (or offers to let me into the Microsoft Store): Windows Edge or Internet Explorer.

The Control Panel / Settings page "Set Default Apps" is the only way that I know that Windows lets users set default browsers, but it suddenly seems to be restricting me to only MS browsers.

Firefox works normally in every other way, but warns me now every time I launch it that I have a different default browser. When I click the button in the warning (or in Firefox's Tools / Settings) I just get put back to the Windows "Set Default Apps" page, which, again, only lets me choose Microsoft browsers.

What could have happened? I haven't altered my Firefox configuration or installed extensions or plug-ins in a long time. If I uninstall & reinnstall Firefox, will I lose my many configuration & interface settings and will I have to reinstall all my extensions -- or will the reinstalled Firefox remember its existing configuration? Or would that probably not help at all.

I'm very computer-savvy, but have run out of ideas. Can you help??

When I open gmail on Firefox it is automatically opening a new email tab. How do I disable this?

I also cannot select gmail in my "mail to" applications.

after upgraded to 137.0.2 ... 'settings, general page, applications,ms-settings' calls for 'Use Settings (default). since i keep all app settings at 'always ask' what is this new setting, or why did it change? thankyou

When starting Firefox with a completely new generated profile, I still get following errors in the Browser console tool:

For example (see attachment): services.settings: UnknownError: IndexedDB: main/moz-essential-domain-fallbacks getLastModified() IndexedDB: The operation failed for reasons unrelated to the database itself and not covered by any other error code. Module: RemoteSettingsClient.sys.mjs:555

At this time using Firefox, I haven't configured a Firefox sync-account, to sync settings with the central stored profile on Firefox servers.

Solution: May it is helpful, that if a sync-account isn't configured by a user, these function calls should be suppressed by Firefox, in order to avoid these exception/error messages in Browser console. These error message are just irritating messages, as long as a sync-account isn't configured and activly used.

My settings does not have an option to enable Firefox Labs so I can enable AI support.

• Firefox browser.preferences.experimental.hidden was set to true and I changed it to false with no change in results
• there is no "Firefox Labs" section in my settings anywhere and I've checked "General" and "Privacy and Security"
• toolkit.experiment is set to true
• browser.ui.experimental set to true
• labs set to true

Found redit discussion with the same issue, but no solution

According to this page the option should be in my settings, listed after "sync" and before "more from Mozilla."

I've attached an image of what my settings menu looks like. There is no option for the labs.

What else should I try/do?

Note: using Firefox on Desktop PC. Not a mobile device. My Firefox version is 130.2.2

I have Firefox notifications for X.com to still show on the desktop when the browser window is closed. It had been fine up until a couple of days ago and now it only shows notifications when the browser is open. I have push notifications enabled on X.com through Firefox, Firefox settings and Windows notification settings. All software is up to date. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

in FF 137.02 Win11Pro there is no reopen previous session option in the history menu, even though in settings, history, "firefox will" is set to remember history. We tried reinstalling FF. No luck.

Is there a way to reopen the previous session?

Has that feature been deleted?

I have a new computer and I installed Firefox and when I open Firefox, my previous session tabs are opening, even though the "Open previous windows and tabs" is NOT checked.

I think there may have been update last night, or else maybe the cat stomped on something. Because today all of those things (Bookmarks All Disappeared, Can't Create New Favorites, AutoComplete For Web Addresses Not Working) are suddenly not working. I'm still logged in as myself and it remembered my cached data.

Anyone run into this?

Have downloaded the Foxfire browser onto a new desktop and I've signed into my account. I need to see the bookmarks on the homepage as I did on the first desktop. I can see them all, and well organized, in the "backstage", when I click on manage bookmarks. Can you help me get them on the home page?
