Dear Firefox.

I've now got 2 VPNs. One's called Proxy VeePN (that's how it spells it!) and the other one's your new one.

Proxy VeePN lets me use Pandora Music. Your one doesn't. Pandora can tell I'm in England on your one, it can't with Proxy VeePN (it thinks I'm in Switzerland, pretty sure.)

Why doesn't your one work with Pandora? I haven't tried it with anything else yet but then I really only use a VPN for Pandora Music anyway. Sometimes there's a couple of American games I play, but mainly Pandora. Why is it Proxy VeePN works with Pandora and yours doesn't?

Chris, Windows 10 user cos I can't afford to buy a new computer that works with Windows 11 (I know there's a registry hack but I don't think this one's fast enough anyway, was designed for XP and tends to die a death with 10, let alone 11! Too slow. The computer, not its owner!)

When I try to access the Newsmax website, I get a black screen with the message which says,

"Secure Connection Failed The connection to www.newsmax.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem." 

I have no problem accessing other sites, so what can I do to get the resolved?

после обновления в панели инструментов появилась вкладка профили и она мне даром не нужна но хуже всего что теперь файрфокс каждый раз перед запуском заставляет выбирать профиль и ни какие настройки не помогают! что только не пробовал все бесполезно -- вечно выскакиевает это окно с выбором профиля! какой [edited] мог такое придумать??? и как избавится от эт ого [edited]!!! мне нужен обычный браузер каким он был до версии 150 без [edited] вкладок и [edited] ИИ

Every time go to Firefox home page (clear browser settings), I get "Account Disconnected" message.

I have another PC with the same Firefox browser homepage and do not have the problem.

Help or suggestions appreciated. TU for reading.

ie every time I closed it it would reopen- 14 times when I am trying to read my emails yesterday and 6 today. but I thought it was my internet security causing the problem. I kept getting notification that a certain site was attempting to use my system,. The worst thing was it kept flashing on my screen and wouldn't go away, There was no clue who öwned it, my security or Mozilla's. It was finally resolved by contacting my computer guy, but we never identified the source. the site that was being blocked started with pssst.........com, or something similar but it was driving me mad trying to get it off the screen. If this happens again, how do I get rid or stop the continual notifications? Of course I have nothing to show you as I have since deleted it, sorry. as I was just relieved to see it gone.

Firefox for iOS. After most recent update, when I open new tabs I get

"Oops, something went wrong loading this content. Refresh and try again"

I went to settings to make sure Firefox Home was the default loaded on New Tabs, which it is. How do I fix this?

Why has  << teaseyourmatch.com >> opened its webpage yesterday & for several months while; today it won't load the homepage whatsover? This is an adult dating website from Eurozone w over 125000 users

This issue just started today.

I was attempting to watch a video on patreon, and normally I pop out the video so it is larger. This normally has no issues.

But today when I hit the button to pop it out, Firefox crashed.

Firefox then updated, so I thought maybe it was just because it needed to update.

I attempted this two more times with the same result. 

The first like I normally do where I start the video and then click the "pop out" button. Then the second time with the video paused. The minute I click the pop out option Firefox just crashes closed either way.

Amazon Facebook Ebay National Lottery and others just refuse to load.I tried troubleshooting mode,it worked once and now it doesn't.I believe I'm not the only one with this prob. Help? Thanks.

after the last update of firefox, the default firefox home page doesn't load. Instead, I get the message: Oops, something went wrong loading this content. Any ideas?

I was trying to do something with my bookmarks yesterday and I must have pushed the wrong icon. Firefox then became unavailable. I'm 88 years old and not fully at home with computer language. I tried Chrome, but it's not available like Firefox.

Lately, on certain websites, like Fox News - I open a tab in a new link and it just spins.

Today, I just tried to register an account with a glass company, and I hit the button to register, and nothing happened.

Yesterday on a different site, I went to place an order, and everything grayed out and it just stayed like that.

What do I need to adjust in order for this to stop happening?

Unable to play a video on Hulu with my own Hulu account, which I have had no issues in the past doing, even with all my ad blockers and trackers enabled (Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, AdBlocker Ultimate, Ghostery, and Malwarebytes). I have tried disabling all of the above extensions, refreshing the website and still no luck. I have also followed the instructions Hulu guides me to via a link on the screen (see attached screenshot) to their help page https://help.hulu.com/article/hulu-power-cycle?utm_source=hulu&utm_medium=error-message&utm_campaign=video-02 None of these have helped either. My internet speed is fine, I checked it through 3 different internet speed testers to verify Also checked my Wifi signal through our Google Home portal. I've searched online for solutions and haven't found anything new to help or in the Mozilla Support forum. My computer/laptop is up to date on all updates and software. Appreciate any support, thank you!

Firefox 150.0.1 Ubuntu 22.04

Problem: When downloading a file from a web page, the list of files and folders in the Download Panel are sorted such that file names and folder names are intermingled, rather than the "standard" folders first, then files.

Discussion: This problem has been happening for a bit now (probably 2 - 3 months or more). Unfortunately, I don't recall exactly which version of Firefox this originally showed up in. At some point recently, the default sort for the Download Panel changed, so that instead of listing folders at the top of the list of download targets, then listing files, now all items are interspersed. For example, previously selecting to download a file from a web page would give the Download Panel contents as:

AFolder BFolder CFolder AFile.txt BFile.pdf CFile.jpg

Now, the list presents as:

AFile.txt AFolder BFile.pdf BFolder CFile.jpb CFolder

I would like to go back to the previous sorting behavior, but I cannot find a way to do this. I have searched the Mozilla help articles without turning up relevant information, and I have searched the internet for web sites that might list relevant information, but either the information I am seeking is not out there (unlikely) or I am not coming up with search terms that locate the information (much more likely).

I am not even 100% sure that this is a Firefox problem (it is within the bounds of possibility that it is an OS problem), but none of my other regularly used programs show the symptom, so it would seem odd to me for it to be something other than a Firefox problem.

I would appreciate any pointers (web pages, help articles, or even just "change this in about:config) on how to resolve this.

Good morning. I am looking forward to the VPN service being offered for free through Mozilla. I see that the rollout has happened in the US but I haven't seen it yet. I have been using Mozilla for years and wasn't sure if the US had been fully covered yet or not. Thanks and have a good morning.

On all other browsers the drop down menus still show after first use, except in Firefox - where after first use they disappear and you have to go back to Home to re-show them.

I have tried the suggestions give for configuring the site iin Elementor/Wordpress but none have solved the problem and I can only assume the answer lies in Firefox settings.

I'm sure it's a setting but I can't figure out which one.

It has always logged me out when I close or update the browser, which is a minor inconvenience. And in that instance when I got to log in, it has indicated that a verification email has been sent to my account, and historically clicking that does the trick.

Now it does one of two things: It will either tell me to click on the verification email sent to my email account but the verification email it never arrives, or it will simply remain static, as if I never entered a password at all.

Very frustrating, please tell me which settings to change and I'll do it. Thanks!

When I inspect the HTML, the text shows up as it should (unscrambled English). I checked my default language settings and they are set to en-US. I tried disabling extensions one by one but nothing seemed to have an effect. However, a private browsing window didn't have that issue.

macOS Tahoe; 26.4.1 Firefox 150.0.1

I keep most of my bookmarks under the "Bookmarks Toolbar"; I have quite a few of them.

I've always enjoyed the ease and utility of the "Add Folder..." menu item in "Manage Bookmarks", but now it fails on each and every attempt to add a new folder! For example, if I select a folder under "Bookmarks Toolbar", right click that folder, and select the "Add new folder..." item from the drop-down menu Firefox simply "freezes up" - becomes totally non-responsive (spinning beach ball!).

The only way I've been able to recover is using the macOS "Activity Monitor" to "Force Quit" Firefox! If I repeat the "Add Folder..." process described above - Firefox "freezes up" again. I've tried re-booting, and that doesn't cure the problem.

Without trying to confuse the primary issue, I have noticed other "bad behavior" from Firefox:

1. 1. Firefox "disappears" from the menu bar regularly. I can get it back by moving to another desktop, and returning to the desktop with my Firefox windows. However, it will disappear again in short order.

1. 2. Firefox is very slow loading some of the web pages I visit regularly.

When did this start? It started very recently. I have a new (about two weeks old) MacBook Pro. The "Add Bookmark.." issue began only today, but the other issues I mentioned have been around longer.

This is frustrating... I suspect this is caused by Apple's macOS software, but of course have no way to prove that! And in the "FWIW Column": my Chrome browser has basically the same function and interface for adding folders, and it still functions flawlessly.
