After your security fix this morning, I discovered that I can't access my earthlink inbox. I keep getting the login page, and when I try to log in, the login page is all I get. I can, however, access my earthlink inbox on Edge. So I wonder if there was something in your security fix that is creating this problem on Firefox. How to fix this?

When trying to access my Tablo units via my.tablotv.com, the browser appears to see the units (or perhaps it is using prior access data, I don't know). But when selecting a Tablo unit to connect with, the result is a "continuing" message with the usual circle, but then nothing else-- neither the expected successful connection nor the usual "problem connecting" message when something is wrong. I can still access the units as usual using firefox on my Chromebook, which I presume hasn't updated Firefox the same way. These are the older Tablo units, not the different system they are selling now.

I'll attach a screenshot. I did try "repair"ing Firefox using the built in Windows functionality, but that didn't seem to change anything. I was thinking of trying to uninstall firefox and reinstall it, if you think that might work. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Stephen Hedges

While Using Youtube : from the starting page (that comes up with multiple Clips displayed), I attempt to do the following: By selecting Open Link in a new tab, or Open Link in Split View (So I can Watch a specific clip without loosing the original displayed clips on the starting "face Page") ...the selected Opened Link Immediately Becomes Greyed Out And Refuses to Play the the Clip. To watch that clip I must close the video clip that I selected to then return to the original opening page to then Move the pointer back over the smaller box-clip that I want to watch, leaving the pointer on that clip is the only way to watch the clip. This Just Started Happening Recently...... This is Happening Every time..... Apparently, if you want to watch ANY of the displayed clips from a Start "Face Page" you can Only watch by hovering the mouse pointer on that specific Small Box Clip on the starting page...I can't bookmark that page without selecting the page to another Face Page, which then looses the smaller multiple clips on the original face page that I started on.

www.blu-ray.com not opening. i tried all ways like uninstall, re-install but still it's not opening. but in chrome and ms edge it's working properly. i tried troubleshoot mode, clear data but still it's not working. it's happening in these few days ago

Since my last 'Firefox' update, I am unable to connect (get logged in) with my bank online. It says...'routing...', but never connects. If I use Chrome or Edge to log in it works perfectly. Firefox is my preferred browser but that may have to change. I have Windows 11 as my OS. Yes, this has happened before when Firefox updates, but eventually it gets corrected, then, when a new update hits, the problem is back. Mozilla...please fix this, it happens with almost every update!

I am using Firefox to conduct Securus Jpay video connect visits and I have been unable to join a scheduled session due to what I believe is failure of the downloaded VRE client to load. When I do a precall test, everything, including the VRE client works correctly and I'm told that I will be able to run a session successfully. However, just as the video connect visit is about to begin, I am told to download the VRE client to continue. I have don't this multiple times, deleting each prior download and re-doing the download +installation. It's been very frustrating and I've tried everything. Up until about 2 weeks ago, everything was working smoothly. I'm stumped. Please help. thank you.

Until a few months ago, I was able to turn off the underlining of URLs in web pages that I create. But within the last few months, all URLs appear as underlined, even in documents where they had NOT been underlined a few months ago. I am using the text-decoration setting to control this aspect. Look at page https://www.w3schools.com/CSS/tryit.asp?filename=trycss_link2 in the Edge browser, and see the "This link changes text-decoration" change between underlined and not as the cursor is moved on and off of that sentence in the middle box. Now look at the above page in latest Firefox. Moving the cursor on and off of the "This link changes text-decoration" sentence causes NO change to that sentence -- it always is underlined.

I refer to the w3schools.com website when I wish to learn about a new-to-me feature, and I have found their site to be accurate in the past.

Some files that are visible in my PC's directory are not visible to Firefox to upload to attach to a Google g-mail, even though they are visible and uploadable to g-mail in Chrome. I created 4 similar (all pdf) files (printed from Adobe), but only 2 are visible to Firefox!!??

This has happened before. I try re-creating the invisible files, but have no success.

Unless I can fix this issue, I'll have to stop using Firefox.

Windows 11 PC using latest Firefox browser.

Suddenly, today, I can no longer sign in to my usual grocery shopping account, which I have been using without problems for many years. Firefox takes me to the home page but, when I try to sign in, the sign in page just keeps reloading and will not allow me to enter a username or password. I have cleared cache, cookies, and browser data, disabled virus/malware detection, turned off Windows fast start, restarted the PC but it makes no difference. I can sign-in using Chrome with no problem at all.

I have problem with endless cptchas -mostly on Facebook and now it began on my banking page - it used to verify via my phone- now it is constant captchas. When I use another browser- I do not have this issue. It is so annoying I may stop using Firefox. I'd much rather have google puzzle. The "no captcha" extensions do not work! I really prefer Firefox, but you need to stop with the captchas and use google puzzle or some other verification method.

Hi everyone! I have a couple issues that I'm encountering for an otherwise solid experience.

1. Scrolling with my touchpad or touchscreen on my laptop is choppy with Firefex while being smooth as butter using Edge and Chrome. It's on a specific website with a ton of pictures - Slickdeals.net. No problems with all other websites. The issue is w or w/o hardware acceleration.

2. I thought I found something great with Firefox's option to disregard a site's native font...so that my chosen option will override every site. Instead, it's showing up on only a handful of sites I use. More confounding is the fact that changing font size is not taking effect...when I choose 'reader view' those options work perfectly but going into the main settings just won't act accordingly. I'm also on the Microsoft forum talking about help with a virus but I'd like to know if anyone else is struggling with this...thanks!

Recently, suddenly, the audio files on my website no longer produce sound in Firefox browser. They work fine on other browsers and all phones I tested. Can that be fixed by Mozilla, or myself? Website is JesusChrist.com

I'm having an issue with my website, https://bitlifeapk.org/, when it's opened in Firefox. Some pages appear to load more slowly than expected, while they seem to work normally in other browsers.

I've already cleared the cache, disabled extensions, and tested on different devices, but the issue still occurs. Has anyone experienced something similar or can suggest steps to identify whether this is a Firefox compatibility issue or something I should fix on my website?

When going into Amazon.com on Firefox and navigating to my purchased videos screen (prime video streaming), even before selecting a particular video to stream, the monitor (Samsung LS32B30) starts flickering. As per suggestion, unchecked "Use Recommended Performance Setting' but the monitor is still flickering.

How do I resolve scrolling issues (unable to scroll) on many websites. AI recommendations of clearing browsing history and cache have not been effective. Scrolling is possible using Google Chrome.

hi; when accessing AOL or Yahoo mailboxes from Firefox. I normally write email/reply & edit before sending. for example highlighting or making some letters bigger./bold/diff colour for emphasis. Since ~ 1month ago this has stopped. i msut now copy to word doc/ edit, then copy & paste back into email then send. When using Opera or edge it is ok. why was this done??? no reason i can see Also if i access my yahoo email box from edge that also works perfectly you dont need any screenshots as issue is explained. maybe it is some kind of conflicting setting in firefox?

Firefox 153.0 , Windows 10 pro ESU. Waze no longer dislpays traffic information on their map web page. Tried alot of things to fix this issue including safe mode, disable enhanced tracking, disable hardware acceleration, webgl settings. Sometimes but not always I can get it to work if I clear waze cookies and browser cache, but not always.
